I was charged $74.99 for SecretBox that Iโve never used, installed or signed up for. Iโve tried for 2 weeks to find the appropriate customer service agent for a refund and keep getting the run around; itโs so frustrating! I have no idea what SecretBox is but as a company they seem horrible.
