I received my this app SIM today in the mail and attempted to change carriers. SIM install and initial setup went smoothly, but iMessage and FaceTime would not verify phone number. After 3 hours of attempting to contact this app to no avail of any real feedback or solution, I began taking steps to get off their service. Was really excited to get in the ground floor with this, but they were abysmally prepared for rollout.
After I was asked some questions, they told me It looks I could save with this app. Now after I put in my phone information, they tell me I’m unable to save with this app! I went through all of those questions and putting in that information for them to tell me I can’t use it? How is my device not compatible??? It’s a brand new iPhone XR.
I have a 15 gb plan with Verizon prepaid and Sweet said based on my data usage I’m not a good fit. Uhhh 15gb of data is nothing.
