I have attempted to record a small video on my phone with this app 4 times and it keeps glitching and it is NOT an issue with the phone the app worked earlier no problems then decided to not record audio and not it’s not even recording at all. If I could get without even giving this app a 1 I would but it wouldn’t let me. I will be uninstalling this app once I submit this review it is absolute garbage

I downloaded this application, had no other screen recording software, and with no apps running, this software was remotely recording my screen with absolutely no input! Once I deleted it, it stopped, but then, I noticed my entire phone slowing down. I had to factory reset and lose everything! Don’t get it, please people!

I’m attempting to video screen an issue on my phone for a different customer support problem I’m experiencing and downloading this app was intended to capture the issue.

At first, it did, then this app began not saving shot files. I attempted deleting files and turning my phone off and on to see if this would help but now, I’m unable to shoot and save any video screen shot video file at all. I’m left with a different customer support issue with this app on top of my different customer issue with another app.

My phone is an Apple 5S and it was purchased new. I’m wondering when it’s the app’s issue, the phone’s issue or even the internet on top of it all. Although I’m working with full bars along with all this technology. Does technology really work if the day comes when it inherently works against you? Over here living the mystery.
