It works perfectly fine until they convince you to pay for it, and as soon as you give them your money it glitches. When you try to use a feature you’re suddenly logged out, and if they didn’t log you out then there’s a good handful of warnings/excuses as to why you can’t use FollowersTrack .

They offer a week subscription for about $4, which is the one I got, just to try it out. And while four dollars is virtually nothing, and I don’t care that I lost it, and most people probably won’t; it is upsetting to pay for something, no matter the price, and for the company to morph your payment into a donation by not providing what they offer.

And now that I’ve read the other reviews, it seems as if they’ve been “promising” to fix all these same exact problems for about a good while now, and they’re still here so. Don’t purchase a subscription on a hope.

I would give zero stars if I could! FollowersTrack has only worked once in the month or so that I’ve had it and I’ve tried just about every day! I am seriously not kidding! ONCE! I continue to get an error message saying, please try back in 24/48 hours. I paid for the pro and reached out a handful of times to get reimbursed for the money I paid and the last email I received was, we are looking into this and will get back to you. Well, they never got back to me and FollowersTrack continues to not work! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

FollowersTrack always pops up a ***blank*** warning message. Your only option is to click a button that says “ok”. So it does this for just about any action you wish to do (let me mind you, I paid for a premium subscription), and long story short, horrible system, the action buttons are non-labeled symbols, and I ended up blocking 200 followers instead of unfollowing them. Horrible app, please do not pay this.

I had FollowersTrack before and I uninstalled it because I kept logging into Instagram and it refused to acknowledge that I had logged into Instagram. In fact, I discovered a new follower when I logged in and Instagram Followers still refused to acknowledge that I had logged into my Instagram account. Therefore, I uninstalled this program and looked for a place to lodge a complaint. The only way I could make a complaint was to reinstall the program. Now, I am looking for the part that says I can follow all my new followers without checking each one individually. That’s why I have rated you with a one star. It represents ten days of trying to log into my account before I gave up and uninstalled Instagram Followers.

I spent like $20 on premium versions and was only able to use it for 3 days my instagram account is taelilbra i just want to unfollow people that isn’t following me back and i dont do do more than 200 a day but i have a pending purchase right now and it isnt allowing me to unfollow people like this is the 3-4th time this happened im so mad i feel like i wasted my money and i need a free month or something

FollowersTrack would be okay if it wasn’t A) insanely expensive ($16 a month!!!??? If you don’t want to pay a year up front?) and then I can’t even access the premium features because even though I pay for premium, when I click on the premium features it says I still have to pay. And then says there’s an error. EVERY TIME. Uninstalling and using a different app.

Before writing this review, I decided to read all other reviews first and realized everyone was complaining about the same issue, the worse of all is this crazy development team has a reply ready for you. They are ready and they know what they are doing. After making the subscription payment that’s it, it’s starts acting up, and nothing will ever be done, you get to do nothing on FollowersTrack, they are very very fake.

it was working for a couple hours but then it kept asking me to log in over and over again when i’d try to use any of the premium features. eventually this lead to me buying the weekly subscription for the second time and then also getting the monthly subscription, but when i attempted to use the premium features i PAID FOR it kept telling me i DIDNT HAVE ANY and wouldn’t let me restore any of my purchases. so yeah, find an app that won’t continuously steal ur money.

I’m reading other reviews and is literally the same situation. They answer the bad reviews saying that it will be compensated, but this problem seems to be there for a while. Reviews from two years ago with the same exact problem. FollowersTrack is ridiculous.

I am so upset. I downloaded and like always it asks me to pay for it after I use it for free, and I immediately went into my subscriptions to see if it charged me (which none of these applications like this ever have) it charged me $32 and i didn’t even use it! I tried cancelling (which it says is fine as long as it’s 24 hours before the free trial ends) and I only had FollowersTrack for maybe 10 minutes, so there’s no way I should have ever been charged. I’m so confused and I want my money back please.

My main reason for going with a paid service was to get the “Stalkers” option to see who has been stalking my page. We’ll fast forward a week and a half and two weekly payments, it has never worked. The mass unfollow only allows for 200 people a day which wasn’t pertinently displayed. The ability to mass unfollow thousands of people at a time was also a reason for my purchase, now regrettable. Don’t waste your money, trying to figure out how to get a refund now smh.

So I follow a lot of people on Instagram and I thought I would be a good idea to look for an app that can really help me unfollow most of the people on my Instagram. Ended up downloading FollowersTrack only to find out you have to pay for certain features. In this case, I purchased the weekly subscription only to find out that I couldn’t even unfollow anybody. If there’s any way possible, I would like to receive my money back. I didn’t receive what I paid for and I’m honestly disappointed cause I really thought that FollowersTrack was great especially with the ratings that you guys have received.

I downloaded FollowersTrack , and paid for a year in advance. I logged out and logged back in (as error message encouraged me to do when one of FollowersTrack functions stopped working) once I logged back in my subscription was all but erased, none of the functions I paid for stilled worked such as the “not following me back” function. I emailed their customer service three times, and have not heard back in days. They basically took my money and then retracted the subscription I paid for the entire year! What a scam!

So I’m pretty skeptical when it comes down to these kinds of apps, but I decided “what the heck” let me give it a try just to unfollow some people on Instagram. I downloaded FollowersTrack , paid for the weekly subscription and when I tried to mass unfollow a group of people, it kept being up a message that read: “Your Follow/Unfollow Action Maybe Blocked By Instagram If You Try To Follow/Unfollow A Mass Amount Of Users In A Short Time. Please Try To Logout And Login Again To Continue This Action.” So I did and after me trying for the 50th time, I gave up. Tried to see if I could get my money back and couldn’t. Is there a way to file a serious complain because I’ve read multiple reviews and it seems that no one is satisfied with FollowersTrack.

FollowersTrack isn’t the worst app out there, but surely isn’t the best. It gives you access to the same free access you have right off of Instagram, and have to pay for anything else. I chose the $4 option so I can see who are my “stalkers” as soon as I paid for it FollowersTrack started glitching and crashing. It definitely is not my phone as I have an iPhone 12 Pro (slight flex). When FollowersTrack does not crash my list of “stalkers” just continues to load & never gives me what I paid for. $4 isn’t much so I’m not really pressed about it but I would like to get what I pay for in this case since I had other options that would’ve probably been better. Get FollowersTrack . Do not pay for anything.

First of all, lost $9.99 in a matter of seconds because I couldnt even do what I paid for. But any way, i tried to mass unfollow a group of people on instagram. About 30. Not only could I not unfollow them, but I kept getting a white screen with no words and only the words "okay" and it would freeze my entire device. I paid the 9.99 a month subscription for less then two minutes usage. Not worth it. And now i cant even get my money back. FollowersTrack looks clean but it cant even do it's basic functions. Stay AWAYYYY.

Worked the first time. And Hardly ever again. I have to wait weeks in between unfollowing people. You have to keep logging out and logging back in. This is a very frustrating app, although it looks good and clear to use, but the ease of use should be better than this.

Not sure how to tell when people actually visited your page. It just gives you a list and for all I know they are just shuffling my followers around when it refreshes. If they could time/date stamp when the person went to your page that would be a plus.

You have to pay for pretty much everything you’d want from a followers app. Can’t even see who doesn’t follow you back or has unfollowed you without paying $2.99 a month. You can access just about all of the information FollowersTrack provides for free from instagram. If I paid for subscription the interface seems pretty user friendly, appealing and you don’t have an add on fee for more than one section only the monthly fee. Only reason for 3 stars.

I got a paid subscription for the purpose of deleting multiple followers. I keep getting “Feedback required “ message. What is the meaning of this?

I bought the premium and it doesn’t even work. Every time I try to use any of the features such as check my stalkers, or try unfollowing people not following me back, it tells me to log out again. I don’t recommend FollowersTrack when a lot of the features you must pay for are free on other apps. I wish I could get my money back.

You have to pay to see who you are following that isn’t following you, which is the whole reason I downloaded FollowersTrack. There is also an option to unfollow all spam accounts but that option didn’t provide me with a single spam account, just accounts of people I actually know in real life that are follow 4 followed with me. Waste of time and now FollowersTrack has my login info. Download a different one.

I signed up to be on the free trial and my card was charged for the yearly subscription after 2 days... I don’t even get all the features FollowersTrack promises either . It glitches and logs me out if I try to see who’s been viewing my profile etc ... I’m disappointed ngl

I wish FollowersTrack worked but there are too many glitches and bugs. I bought the premium version and half of the functions don’t work and it keeps saying I need to restore my purchase and won’t allow me to use the premium functions

You would think you can see what everybody has been doing on your page but all you see is your post and how many followers you have.. in order to see all the other stuff you have to pay🙃🙁

It has potential but FollowersTrack needs serious lag/bug fixes
