I got InsTrackerFollowersInsights hoping to be able to get a better view of my analytics. I took the free trial, and I liked it so much that I purchased the 1 year subscription. It worked fine, but then, after a few days, I added 2 other accounts, since that was a feature offered. They were my other accounts. I tried to login to my main account on InsTrackerFollowersInsights , and it never let me. I tried a few more times, and it still didn’t work. I decided to just delete InsTrackerFollowersInsights and reinstall, because I thought that it wouldn’t affect my subscription. So, I reinstalled, and I logged in with the same main account that I used to purchase my year subscription, but it still doesn’t work. Now, it’s asking me to purchase another subscription, but I was already charged for a whole year. I’ve only had InsTrackerFollowersInsights for about a week, so it would be nice if you could refund my purchase. I wanted to email, but I didn’t see any other way to contact you guys.
