The absolute worst app and initial customer service I have ever received. You have to wait for about two minutes per screen and then when you get to dining for example it’s totally blank. On first entering I could ‘find reservation’ which was great. Now it is asking me to confirm reservation number. I enter the confirmation number emailed to us and it doesn’t accept it. I ring the suggested help number and am sent to some medic necklace purchasing line! Truly appalling. Not looking forward to the stay if this is the level of detail they offer.

Trying to schedule our reservations ahead of time and the tabs don't load or work correctly. So far i haven't been able to view the restaurants, reserve or schedule any excursions. I also cant find an email address to report the issue. Super nervous about getting there and everything is full. Deffo needs an upgrade or back up system so customers can schedule ahead of time seamlessly

I love the resort, but this review is for the app. And it’s awful! It hangs constants. It was impossible to add guests to the reservation until we got to the hotel. We couldn’t make reservations with it successfully for restaurants, we had to call. And the restaurant menus were all several years old. Useless! It would be better if there was no app so employees would stop telling you to “use the app” all the time. The barely working awful app.
