Poor UI, Constant Issues
The UI is abysmal. There is no indication that you’ve selected any button, nor is there an indication that it’s loading, so if you click something, you have to wait a good 10-15 seconds before you know if you actually clicked it or not. Password recovery is a pain. Attempting to log in during busy hours simply doesn’t work. Unsure whether it’s server issues or not, but it makes scheduling appointments at the last minute a horrible idea. Website works better than the app, although not by much.

This is pointless.
We were forced to use this instead of ehallpass (an app that is terrible also) but it’s impossible to use. I hate it and you should too. We’re being screwed over and to whoever created this app, I hope your charger only works at a very specific annoying angle, and I also hope your pillow is always incredibly warm
