I bought a camera that uses IPC360Pro for my baby’s room. Multiple times a day, the notifications on IPC360Pro turn off. It makes it completely useless. The whole point of the camera and app is to be notification when my baby is awake/upset.

Completely froze my phone it wouldn’t let me leave app or even restart my phone had to let my phone die from the flash light

iOS 14 has warned me that every time I’ve been opening IPC360Pro, something from Mail is being pasted. Developers like this should be ban from IPC360Pro Store.

With all the clever, smart folks that must work for Victure, it’s ridiculous that IPC360Pro, the “instructions”, and the set up video are all so cryptic and useless. I’m fairly tech savvy. Bought the camera bc it’s supposed to be compatible with 5. If I have to troubleshoot for so long, without results, then is it user error or poor coding?? Or false advertising? With the free “gift” they offer for posting positive reviews I wouldn’t trust them! Seems like they’re truly just after your email since you can’t delete that data with them if you return the camera. Very sketchy.

Once it’s connected, the camera view is really great. But the headache that goes into setting it up is the worst, especially when using it as a baby monitor and traveling with it and trying to get it set up quickly for bedtime.
It takes forever to connect to WiFi. It wouldn’t even show up as a WiFi to connect via phone so I had to try it wirelessly which still wouldn’t connect. It’s connected before so I don’t know why it won’t now. IPC360Pro is slow.

The latest release 3.9.0 does not display correctly on iPadOS. There is a large splash screen (advert?) that blots out the initial “My Device” display and cannot be removed. It is as if there may be some active buttons that are below the screen and inaccessible. This seems to replace a pop up display in the previous version.

This problem also exists on the non-pro version.

I have 2 IPC360’s. One works perfectly, the other is great in daylight but at night there are many “circles” obstructing all viewing. I tried cleaning it, resetting it, nothing works.

The negative reviews are accurate. The camera is fine, but the required software is total garbage and almost impossible to get connected, all while crashing continuously on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

After purchasing a Victure camera and being completely disappointed with the experience, I left an honest review. Victure reached out and sent another camera, saying it was updated, but it was the same garbage. Then they continuously requested I delete the negative review, even offering to refund my money if I would agree to delete the review. I refused, my review still stands.

Avoid this and save yourself from alot of headache.

I’ve had IPC360Pro since October and it’s nothing but problems. I’m done dealing with this so I’m sending the camera back to get one that actually does what it’s supposed to!!

1) just updated IPC360Pro and I can no longer have audio from another app running while I have a camera onscreen. This is a huge problem to be honest.

2) the alert no longer works. I have notifications switched to ON on my iPhone and have the alarm set but even at highest sensitivity it never sends a notification of any kind.

3) chronic problem with IPC360Pro is it stops streaming the camera after five minutes. This is ok as a toggleable option but it should not be mandatory. You need an option to stream indefinitely.

i’ve had my first camera for a couple months and it has worked great. then a few weeks ago i decided to add another camera. however now the first camera i had had a MAJOR delay. when i turn the camera it turns instantly but the picture on IPC360Pro takes over 5 seconds to turn. it’s like 20 seconds behind real time. that’s too much. why did getting a new camera make that one slow? the new camera works just fine. not happy for the money i’ve spent.

Why can I not fast forward recorded footage?
It is almost useless having to watch past footage at the same speed.
Isn’t a fast forward/pause/rewind function very standard when it comes to surveillance cameras????

I got this camera because my 3 yr old special needs baby needs a cam to make sure the nursing staff in my home that helps me care for her is actually doing their job correctly amd to make sure no ones harms her. Well, every day I have to readjust the camera view because it automatically turns the camera around after it’s nightly updates and stays in the same position without rotating back to how it was. Kind off defeats the purpose of using this camera for surveillance. Please fix this. Other than that it’s peachy.

Every couple of weeks my camera disappears from my app, and it needs added again. This is annoying because I never know when it’s going to happen. When the camera appears, it works good.

I have a zzcp wifi camera thats set up with IPC360 but I cant figure out where to insert the sd card??? So I can set it for motion detection while im not home.? Ive tried searching every where for info on it but came up short. Any help would be much appreciated!!

It's very difficult to set up because the wireless doesn't recognize quickly and it takes a long time, but once it gets it, works perfectly.

I use this as a baby monitor for my boys room (1 & 3 year old) after my baby monitor stopped working. Wide angle, notifications are always pretty right with movement, clear night view and day view. It does lag a bit just a couple seconds but other than that it’s perfect.

I wouldn’t recommend as a baby monitor if your child is younger than 3 months old.

I’ve had IPC360Pro since October and it’s nothing but problems. I’m done dealing with this so I’m sending the camera back to get one that actually does what it’s supposed to!!

There is an on screen icon which looks like an IR toggle BUT ITS NOT IMPLEMENTED IN SOFTWARE.

The window glass reflects the IR light back to the camera and makes the pic a mess

For iphone running iOS 13.31 at night
