Lost account

Don’t expect to keep your account if you ever delete the app, get a new phone, get a phone fixed, etc… played this game since the early days and got really far(max blueprints, max transportation, neocash, skins, etc…) then when I got my new phone I noticed that my account wasn’t there and you can’t sync it from the cloud. Support is not helpful I sent them many requests to give me my account back on my new phone and have been trying to do this for over a week now, I got barely any response from them. I love this game but the fact that there’s no syncing account from the cloud to a new device like literally almost every game out there makes it a 0/10 because none of my data is saved and it seems impossible to get back. Not even a manual ID you can type in to sync it which I know games have too. I’m very disappointed with the fact that my account is gone and that the support is extremely slow and unhelpful.

I undated the app just now and I notice that all my coins/money is gone and left with 1million also all my properties are gone I bought them few days ago now they are gone after the update…
Game reset kills the game!

I was really enjoying and getting into this game. I had branched out and gotten my buildings leveled up to a point that I was getting close to being able to afford a “Landmark”, then all of a sudden the season ended and everything you’ve been working towards is reset. I had over 40 buildings and then had 0. That completely killed any drive I had to keep building myself up, knowing that next season it’ll all be erased. Up until the reset I would have given the game 5 stars, because it’s a lot of fun. But to reset everything after a season makes the game pointless in my opinion.
