No audio available today to learn sounds which is most important! How else to know if making right phonetics. How can this issue be corrected? I have tried twice to Sign out and then back in and switched off my phone then back on again but still no audio.

I’m learning Arabic and recommended this to my classmates because I thought this app was great but the bugs that completely short-change the app. First of all, you can’t use the sound because it doesn’t work. This is pretty crucial for someone who is isn't a native speaker and needs to hear those sounds. Second of all, I completed certain levels but can’t continue onto the next ones, meaning the app is totally useless to me now.
I really like this app but I have it 3 stars because those bugs are a big deal.

This app used to work for me before. Now I can’t sign in or reset the password so I can’t go beyond Chapter 1. I really liked it before as it is a format my young children can easily understand. They are three and six years old. I hope this gets fixed soon!
