I cancelled before 1st week was up. Tricks you into buying longer subscriptions. First faxes were supposed to be free but got tricked into buying one for a week at 8.99 whew. My mistake, but asks me every time if I want an annual one and makes it look like I can’t send a fax unless I agree - very tiny continue button. At least my one week mistake warned me and I didn’t fall for the annual one. Does not send a confirmation email so no idea if fax was received/sent - not good. One fax is still “processing” days later. Most unsatisfactory app I’ve ever had. Will be looking for a new one - not just because of poor quality and expense, but because I feel strongly that I do not want to support any app with such deceptive practices. Cheaper to buy a fax machine.
Broken app. Wasted an hour of my life

The app is either broken or incredibly misleading. I spent an hour trying to send a fax and no matter what features I did or didn’t use it always told me I needed to upgrade to the premium version in order to send any fax. Is it possible to actually send a fax without paying their ridiculous subscription cost? I genuinely have no idea and I’m a young guy that really does know how to use a phone.

The description here says the free trial is void if you purchase a subscription but it Wouldn’t let me send my fax without selecting a subscription. The fine print when purchasing a subscription says there’s a 3 day free trial but I checked my bank statement and was already charged. I’m not happy. I would have used another fax app. I absolutely hate grimy companies like you. Will not be using you again. Already canceled.
