I think it is unfair when trying to make payment on App or Online that the payment date won’t allow me to enter the actual date I am making the payment. It’s 3:05pm on a Saturday, April 15, 2023. My payment is due no later than April 16th before a late fee is to incur. However, online nor NewAmericanFunding will accept my payment on the 15th. I have never paid late, so I will be calling to get the late fee waived.

We used NewAmericanFunding for 4 years with no issue and now with a new message login is no longer valid, please call customer service. We call and still can’t log in. It made no sense why our login quit working, it should’ve been seamless. We tried making a new login and still not able to login. It’s ridiculous. Please fix NewAmericanFunding , it really makes it easy to keep up with your loan.

Still didn’t add the function to make half payments. Sometimes us single parents need that; then on top of that you took off the customer service number from NewAmericanFunding . Who does that?!? Either add the half payment thing or put the phone number back in app. I had to Google it then had to get transferred like 3 times before I could even make a payment. Smh

I wanted to use NewAmericanFunding, but it’s unusable. When you first sign up and register, it requests a passcode with certain requirements, but then it rejects that passcode saying it doesn’t meet a different set of requirements. The two sets of requirements don’t overlap (different stated rules for required characters), so it’s impossible to choose a password that both lets you enter it by clicking the “Finish” button and doesn’t get rejected. It is therefore impossible to register in NewAmericanFunding . Why make an app that can’t be logged into? Wanted to use this - am I going to just have to call in or use their website each month?

I wish you could do a number of things that NewAmericanFunding doesn’t let you currently do.

1. Make split payments with custom amounts per source
2. Make custom sized payment amounts and be able to direct the payment where desired
3. Make weekend payments that show they were at least scheduled on time

Number 2 in particular is goofy that NewAmericanFunding doesn’t allow this, as the desktop login allows you to make extra or custom sized payments, but NewAmericanFunding only allows for uniform full-size payments.

Number 3 is worrisome that this can’t be done - I once tried to make a payment scheduled for Jan 1, the day it was due, but due to both holiday and the weekend, it wouldn’t allow me and I had to wait until something like the 3rd or 4th, *even though I had the funds to make said payment ON TIME*.

Please add these features?

Otherwise, NewAmericanFunding is fairly smooth and simple enough, once you set up the login which is a bit painful and takes a while after you signed your loan.

UPDATE- NAF was able to resolved the problem and now I’m able to login, I really like the new update.

I refinanced my loan and after adding new loan to my account I cannot longer access to it. I get a message saying my account status is limiting my access to contact support and when I called the number they have no idea why I’m getting this message ughh

What’s the point of having a Face ID option if it doesn’t even work? I selected allow Face ID during log in, but every time after that, I still have to manually log in. I know, first world problem, but I put long passwords for security and rely on Face ID to save me the time.

Thank you NAF I have called at least 3x’s yesterday and once this morning, each time I called your customer service representatives have been superb excellent customer service! I’m a senior and sometimes this dang technology gets on my nerves 😃 so I thank you for your patience and NAF for great training 👍🏽

I’m never notified when my password expires. When the password expires my saved information to log in no longer works. Password reset does not work and I have to spend more time on the phone getting it reset! What an inconvenience

NewAmericanFunding is useless... I have a registered account already , using those credentials I can login fine from website.. but NewAmericanFunding doesn’t recognize my credentials and gives a message “register the account and try again”

Every time I use NewAmericanFunding I think to myself I wish all the apps I use were this user friendly. Thank you for putting in the time and effort and care to make NewAmericanFunding quick and effective. These days we are so busy and to be able to handle your business efficiently is a blessing beyond measure. I’m happy to be in business with a company that realizes the value of our time. App logs me in just fine after registering. I think all the people giving NewAmericanFunding one star because they can’t login may be trying to use their website login which does not seem to be linked to NewAmericanFunding . No worries - registering on NewAmericanFunding is really quick and easy

I am so happy to have found this mortgage company!! I was given 30 days to move out of a rental (that I’d been renting for 6 years), and this company closed my loan in 35 days! I’m still in awe! Thank you New American Funding! You saved my life!

I don’t like that you can’t schedule a payment for a weekend day. Granted, I think you get a week or 2 for a grace period, but it would be nice when I schedule a bill to pay on the due date that it would actually be recorded that I made the payment on the correct date not 2 days later. It should not be my fault that your software doesn’t work on the weekend! And why not - it’s software not a person!

I love NewAmericanFunding . I have all my loan information at hand , organized and making my mi they payments has never been so easy , just pushing a bottom .

I read other reviews saying it keeps giving an error message. Company replied CLAIMING it has been fixed, so I downloaded it. Guess what??? After registering EXACTLY the way it said to, I go to pay my mortgage, and.....ERROR MESSAGE!!! 😡😡😡

The portal is very easy to use and the terms and conditions are a little more than a page long. Common sense and efficient approach to the payment process!

I appreciate the fact that they stay current with technology and NewAmericanFunding is very useful however it seems every time I open NewAmericanFunding it wants me to do an app update, it is extremely annoying.
