This game is pretty awesome, You can collect & create bots, gather materials for bot upgrades, collect recruits to do on idle missions, & explore different areas all while fighting wild bots & bandits. You’re able to choose to watch ads for more materials but their aren’t any obnoxious ads while playing. In addition, it’s not too difficult to level up and gain more bots without purchasing the pass (but I’m buying one because who doesn’t like extra gear?) The game is pretty well-made and addicting the only frustration I have is the distribution of bots. There are a bunch of them in a concentrated area or path and because of that you end up forced into battles when they chase you down. At times you can end up fighting through a load of enemies before you can get to your destination. The game is already great as far as design but I’d suggest maybe lowering the levels of wild bots or the amount? Or even increasing the distribution of bots based on level? It would make the game a lot more satisfying. I’m currently at level 12 and there’s a huge bottleneck because it’s not easy to gather loot and collect tokens from missions, so many bots! Other than that, I’m enjoying the game. I love rodeo stampede so that’s the reason I had to give this game a try. I’m not disappointed at all this game has a lot of potential and is really fun to be a free game. Thanks devs!

I had a long review touching on all the issues I have with this game almost fully typed out before BotworldAdventure Store sent me to my phones home page randomly and when I went back in the AppStore was just on the explore page and my whole review was gone... but to make a long story short this game needs some serious polish, my character constantly stops running on its own forcing me into unwanted fights, the self heal system is absolute garbage (maybe just way to slow ???) and half the time I “lose” on runs because I think I full healed in between fights just to find out I barely got to heal halfway, and don’t even get me started on how ridiculously rigged the squad cup is, I go 3/0 for the qualifiers and semi final (all opponents were around my and my teams level maybe up or down by 1 or 2 but the final match I (lvl13) get put against a lvl 5 Ai team.... I think okay I guess they’re just giving me a free win ? nope. Cause then my ai team has to vs a lvl 12 and then a lvl 13... my team both being like 6/7 for some reason obviously hard lost, why wouldn’t I THE HIGHEST LEVEL ON THE TEAM VS THE OTHER HIGHEST LEVEL ???? The game gives u no control over what order u or ur team fight in nor did it show me any competition till it realized how close I was to actually winning the first squad cup id ever played in... guess that’s just frowned upon

This game is a perfect “Pokémonlike” where you control a cat, dog, lizard, or wildebeest. In the game you obtain robots that you can upgrade to battle with them you eventually gain blueprints for other bots that you need different materials for. The battles are extremely easy and require almost no skill. This game had me spending 2 hours the second I bought it and for free feels like a steal. The game itself doesn’t have many in game purchases and no ads unless you chose to watch them. There is one bug, the exp is evenly shared so for example if I placed three bots at the start of the battle and one died close to the end of the battle then the reserve that I would throw in even though it did no damage it would get the same amount of exp as every other bot. Overall this is an amazing game that everyone should get.

TLDR : fun team building game that you can dump many hours into but will run into a serious level grind.

I found the area challenges and contracts to be fun and easy to complete. You can quickly get through the season pass by utilizing contracts which makes them worth picking up and spending extra time completing them.
Like any other game there are some grind-able aspects but can be easily bypassed by getting recruits and using the built in “auto battle” feature. This works up until around level 20, where anyone will be forced to come to a full progression halt.
Controls are easy enough and quite standard for a mobile game.
What really sold this game for me was the amazingly adorable art style. The colors really pop and the characters are quite cute.
The team building aspect is really fun in my opinion. With the correct team, bot placement, and abilities - you can take down enemies that are slightly out of your level range.
I personally recommend this game, but will warn there are in fact in game purchases. I don’t believe they are necessary by any means to have a fun time; but if you’re impatient you’ll find yourself spending money.

Suggestions
- Customize your boat
- More races
- Nickname your bots
- Rework the full progression stop at level 20 and possibly do a slower progression rate starting at level 15 instead.
- More adjectives / nouns in the team name selection.

Don’t listen to the negative people leaving reviews. This is a great game, that’s only slightly gotcha. If someone complains that the fighting is boring, that’s because they haven’t played long enough. The further you get, the more dynamic it gets. You need a controller to play, the controls are easy and fluid enough.

My only complaint, if any, is that the difficulty does ramp up steeply at one point (that I know of so far). Can we raise the level cap for the bots that is determined by the level of your boat? Level 10 doesn’t allow us to be very competitive in the final quests in the great desert area. It like hitting a brick wall, and then you can only do the frozen area once a day. You guys are actually doing yourselves a disservice with this particular mechanic, because it reduces our play time significantly…

Having launched just a month ago, this game is really well done and addicting. The mechanics are easy to learn and challenge you the farther you get. I understand with a game like this, the devs need to make some money to improve the game and keep it fun. I do think however that the cost of certain things are a bit high. For example, the mayoral membership should be no more than $4.99 yet comes out to $9.99 for the 170 gems. Buying epic bot frames/epic boosters is also $9.99. Maybe make some of the in app purchases a bit cheaper and more reasonable, and the profit revenues will increase! Other than that, the game is very well done and has lots of opportunities to get even better. Great work!

I just started playing today, but ive gotten a lot done. I really wish there was a way to wander to world with your friends or just to interact with other random players (like a public lobby or something)

Also, i dont really see the need for other races of animals to be added, but new skins should definitely be. For example, for the bull animal, there should be a spotted skin (like a cow) and for the dogs there should be some that relate to real life breeds (like a dalmation). There could also be spotted lizards or patterned cats.

Also, I know this is a stretch, but being able to build and customize some sort of camp on land for yourself similar to the ship would be really cool and more customizable. You would also be able to visit other peoples camps/homes if a public lobby is ever added. This would give the game another aspect of a friend system and being able to play the game however you want.

Other than that, THE GAME IS SO GOOD and i would really recommend it to anyone!

Botworld adventure is a fun grind/open world adventure. It’s overall very well balanced despite there being some existing team metas, there is countless OP combos one could make. almost every bot has a skill and play style it specializes in. Cute art style with graphics you can tone down for better performance. Detail seems to be crammed in every possible way; making the game both simple and innovative. It’s fairly new so there may be a bug here and there but the discord community is always pointing them out and the devs are quick to respond and patch when needed. If you want a solid game with a kind active community behind it, this is it.

I am not having a very fun time in the game anymore. I have been playing while now and honestly overall it’s been a lovely game, but I have been stuck with this boat upgrade stuff for a while now and it’s frustrating that I have to go to the danger zone to find something in a cat but I’m never even able to fight cats, maybe one per visit because there are always blockages to certain pathways so by the time I get to where cats are I’m just about out of juice in my botpack. I reached out asking for an addition of an ad watch to reduce wait time for the danger zone and the response was less that helpful unfortunately. I’m not really enjoying playing anymore because of this, I’m just sort of waiting a day to go try and fail to find stuff. Probably done playing soon because of this reason. Progress just is taking too long.

I’ve been playing mobile games ever since jet pack joyride and subway sufer came out, this game “To me” gives me the feeling of those old days when mobile games where amazing, in terms of fun.

This game is really beautiful, I've never seen a game with such beautiful graphics, well one in recent at least, gameplay is simple but really does need for you to strategize cause of the way the bosses fight or which type of fighter is best to counter certain types, not so grindy compared to other games.

Overall I would recommend it to another wanting a rpg game with cartoony graphics and strategy

Overall not a bad game by any means, but it is going to take a while before I consider it a particularly good game. For one I love the character and setting design, I think they did a great job in that department, but gameplay wise I think they dropped the ball. First of all the lack of zones required them to make getting to each one extremely grindy which makes it pretty boring which is compounded by the fairly uninvolved battle system. Even just something simple like tapping on a bot to use its ult when you want it to would go a long way. Implementing actual multiplayer instead of the glorified bot battles they have now would also be great. Again, this game has some great potential, but in its current state really isn’t anything special.

Alright the game is very fun and enjoyable BUT it’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to farm and enjoy the game once leveling up so much because every enemy levels up as well I’m unsure if they have a cap BUT every area NEEDS a level cap so we can at least enjoy exploring and farming supplies instead of resorting to grinding non-stop hard enemies or spending money to get low level items just to fight and go back to the wilds. Every area should have specific level caps instead of always staying within 3 levels below or above you. It’s useless and feels like my progress is for nothing, please fix this!!!!! Other than that it’s still a fun games and I’m enjoying my time but this is an issue that’s very bothersome

Honestly Botworld is a wonderful and fun game to play, I’ve had a blast playing as long as i have so far. What kills it for me is how densely packed all the enemies are. I get that it has “Pokémon” type game mechanics where walking in front of someone or a bot with initiate a battle. My problem is that in trying to do quests, you can run into (no joke, i counted) 22 fights between one quest and another. These would be great if the bots and bandits didn’t chase you down and force a fight. I’d like to actually adventure and experience the world, however, it seems like every two seconds of open world i get is followed by a mundane battle the barely gives any exp. For it’s trouble. Then once you finish that battle and take two more steps, you agro another fight. It really just kills it for me. I’ll complete maybe 1 or 2 missions at a time and then just have to close BotworldAdventure .

I have been trying for weeks to beat Kelvin Arena Boss. I’ve tried many different bot teams. Mixes of brawlers, snipers, evaders, and slashers. Also tried different types of abilities to keep the frosty’s at bay. Reaching my team to over level 10 made me think I could have a chance. Then I noticed Kelvin difficulty scaled with my team. I don’t have boys that I have to pay for. It seems like I need to pay to beat this boss. I’ve tried looking up guides to beat him. No success. I feel it is pointless to level up bots even more cuz Kelvin will just scale up to my level. Maybe I’m just bad at the game too. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I want to progress but at this point I cannot, at least not without paying to get better bots and abilities.

I enjoyed playing the game first honestly it was fun but so many issues raised as the game progressed. The boat upgrade is so annoying it gets harder and harder to find the objects in order to upgrade, second there are just way too many bandits and robots to fight in each location, like let me explore stop chasing me with fight they are clustered everywhere with these bots and bandits and even higher level ones (it’s annoying), third why does it cost so much coins to upgrade a robot seriously it just keeps increasing, fourth why can’t my team members upgrade their robots on their own I have to upgrade it for them, fifth it’s time consuming really especially waiting for scraps and the recruits to finish the job their assigned to. It’s just it’s not it it was fun in the beginning but not anymore. So I stopped playing the game.

I was looking for a new game in BotworldAdventure Store when I found this game and when I started playing it I loved it so much. It is a great game. There is one bug that I found though, So when the main quest thing, I talked to Rani about delivering the letter but I had not unlocked the parched sea yet, then once I unlocked it and talked to Rani’s parents when I went back to scrappers landing, it said I did not deliver the letter. I tried going back and talking to Rani’s parents and giving them the letter but it did not work, I have tried countless times now. I love this game and I hope you can fix this bug please.

Been playing this game for a few months now and it doesn’t get any better than this. You can tell the developers put a lot of effort into the game to make it genuinely fun and not another cash grab. You can choose to watch ads or not but either way it doesn’t take away from the game play. You do get a lot of bonuses for a subscription but I’m %100 free to play and haven’t noticed any set backs in pvp for not doing so. Definitely recommend.

Once you get to boat upgrade level 7 progression gets pretty cringe. 1 danger fuel a day is ridiculous and the fact that it requires you do those missions to upgrade your boat is ridiculous. If you pay enough money you can keep up with the story. It’s the classic bait and switch. First few levels are easy to progress but once you get to higher levels forget about it unless you want to spend money.

Reply: you’re right you can play without spending money, but your tactics are very gotcha. For the 3% like myself who are addicted to spending on games, this game is like a poison. I have you 3 stars because the game is good, but your tactics are very underhanded.

As you level up your bots your opposition will get stronger this wouldn’t be an issue if the enemies grew stronger from the bots in your party but unfortunately it is scaled of the party itself. This leaves the issue of don’t upgrade bots you will be putting into your party until the very last second else you will permanently put yourself at a handicap. the game is childish but has an interesting battle mechanic so I would recommend it for most people. The balancing is strange to say the least.(why would a child’s game be so punishing to prematurely getting stronger.)

I kinda like this game, but they are still problems with the bug fix. You see, every time I go on this game, there’s a bug to be fix. It keeps going on and on and on, and it crashes the game when it freezes. And I start the battle by fighting brute for a reason and heard an sound without even seeing it. Can you fix the bugs, please?

I loving this game but the fact that there is micro transactions makes it gross 🤢🤮. It could have been an amazing premium single player game, or even just a few micro transactions that aren’t pay to win. There is an energy system. . .🤮, and there are gem packs for $99. . .🤢. . . Sorry I think I’m good…wait no🤮. . .🤮. Okay excuse my vomiting over the grossness of free to play. Anyway I’m having a blast playing but I can already tell the grind will keep getting worse until I hit a paywall. Such a shame. Great game, horrible monetization. Maybe someday the devs will get their souls back from the Demon they sold them to and remove the micro-transactions, rebalance the game and make more story, worlds and bots. I’ll pray for that to the old Gods of real video games.

I’ve played a lot of mobile games but out of every game I’ve played this is the best by far. Greatest mobile game I’ve ever played. Ways that it can improve have to be the danger zone. The 24hr cool down to go again is way to long. Plus it takes awhile to level up and get your boys better which isn’t a bad thing at all for people like me who love to grind but for other users I know they’ll delete they game because they feel the game progresses to slow. All in all 5 star⭐️

I downloaded this not thinking much honestly but it’s really fun. It’s a grind game but it makes it fun to explore the world and battle with your bots getting new ones and leveling them up. The best part is the ads aren’t overly annoying like every other free game on BotworldAdventure Store so much so that I actually paid for things in this game that’s how much I’ve been actively playing and hope this game continues to get the support it deserves

I like it and it is fun to play when it works, loading times to start the games are long and if/when you start to play you get into a battle and the loading times for all of this is very long as well if it even loads have to close the game and wait for it to all load again! What I have got to play of it so far is fun and had a good story to it already but I’m not gonna wait 5-10mins just for the game to start and then freeze right after a battle!
I will watch for an update maybe it will be better after that

This is by far the best mobile have I’ve played this year. I’m having so much fun with the rpg element and how beautiful the world is. I wish there were more customization options for your character though. I hope to have more updates in the game like more pvp game modes or having bigger bots to help in fights. Other than that the game is awesome !!!! Keep it up.

I don’t typically write reviews but this game deserves it. Something free to play should not be this rich, polished, and easy to progress without spending money as this game is. Blows almost every other free to play game away. Hopefully more diverse bit design can be considered in the future, although what is here today is already fantastic. Well done.

The game looks fantastic and plays just as well….. when it plays. I have to reinstall every time because it crashes at the featherweight screen. Would be a 5 star review otherwise and will be when they fix this critical flaw

you can literally buy the best robots, you can’t restart from the beginning, arena is not against real people but instead bots that play as other people’s accounts and make no mistakes, and it shouldn’t take days to upgrade a bot from level 1 to 10. Scrap is so boring and the only other good way of getting scrap is opening the crates from the paid battle pass. You can literally buy the battle pass and get so many. rare boys it’s stupid. Pay to win ruins the game.

This game has such an easy-to-grasp concept about it so it’s easy to understand yet still super fun to play! You do have to grind in some parts but it’s hardly tedious at all ad your work pays off fairly quickly. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time and feel a great sense of accomplishment!

Game is great, good story, good variety of missions, BUT…
Game frequently locks up, freezes, crashes, and keeps putting me back into whatever battle I just finished, and I am so frustrated, I am not going to play this until the next update. Please please fix Yeesh.

Really enjoy playing this game (probably my favorite mobile game), but I recently have not been able to get into it. The loading screen stops at 13% and will not move no matter how long I wait. I have seen people saying to turn off notifications for the game, but the game does not even show up as an app if I go to my device settings. It is almost like my iPad does not even recognize it as an app. If it were not for this, definitely 6/5 stars game. Just wish I could still join it.

Uuummm, is this a bug because I can’t progress my game to the next region.
The Region I need to get to is a LEVEL 7 along with moving the main quests, but I cannot upgrade my boat UNTIL I get to the next region BUT THE REGION NEEDS MY BOAT TO BE AT THE SAME LEVEL TO PROGRESS!!
Also the Experience gain for robots needs a bit more tweaking, because it’s very little experience from the same level enemies.

I love the art style and cutsie characters and the game is all around fun, so i’d call that a win. Kinda wish characters had more in the cosmetic area, clothes and maybe hair, etc. Then again maybe i haven’t got far enough to find them or something i dunno. Anyways i haven’t had any issues yet and it’s fun, that’s what i was lookin for.
