Was really disappointed to download Linkbio to see that you pretty much get Linkbio for free with very little choosings. Their advertisement is misleading. Also while trying to change the picture Linkbio crashes every time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I can’t make the picture mine.

What happened is that i didn’t really have good options on the free mode so i got the “PRO” it said that it was a yearly plan $35 meaning $2 each month except i got removed $35 from a bunch and it wasn’t even worth it because i still didn’t have many options to customize my own page. I don’t think it gives back your money so I don’t recommend it. (Also i just downloaded it like three days ago)

At first I went into Linkbio with such hope, and I even took the time to put any links that I could. It was easy and had many features—and it was free! Everything was great... until I went to check on the link to make sure everything was intact... and everything on the link was erased. I don’t know if it was just a bug, but I was disappointed.

Until I see Linkbio get an update or they continue to work on it, I have to give it one star.

I have been trying to login/create an account for the past 10 mins. It loads and nothing happens. I thought maybe you have to create an account and go to the login page and re type the login stuff there. But still nothing. Every time i click the Create button or the Login button, a small grey square pops up and then disappears? I don’t know what’s that about.

I was so excited when I saw Linkbio. It finally allows for multiple links to be able to promote your pages. I spent about 20 minutes setting up my profile and links, only to find that when I finally set the link to my profile, none of the links work. It just goes blank. The potential is there but until it is fixed I wouldn’t recommend it

My link won’t work for my customers anymore. I’ve been using this for about 2 years and one day a few weeks ago it stopped working.

I have the Pro paid version and typically love it. I’ve not been able to add a new Instabio for over a month and no one replies... or rather I’ve had a reply (2) but only to tell me “It’s not an app” “we don’t have an app, we only have a website”.
No reply to my problem as this apparently isn’t an app (yes, true story). They seemed to be more concerned about semantics than helping a loyal paying customer resolve a problem.

If they improved customer service I’d give them 4 stars.

I’m not sure if it’s a developer issue.. but I created a link and it came out perfect. The biggest issue of the form I created will not post on the link no matter how many time I create it. It’s frustrating!

Crashed within an hour of downloading. Had to delete the link from my Insta bio, then paste it back in to get it working again. Still planning on using it, but hope developers stay on this and fix the bugs. I don’t want to have to delete.

So I’ve been using the site for a few months now and i don’t understand why they system won’t recognize my password. I seriously have to reset my password everytime (if I even get the email to reset) it’s a wonderful concept and I have a few links post which work. But I can’t update my links! This is a great opportunity for people which are building up there IG and don’t have the swipe up feature yet and businesses. Linkbio basically works when it wants to. I’ve been struggling for 3 days now to log in and update my link for a new Video & Affiliate Link But I cannot get in and I’ve submitted 3 times now to reset password and I’ve gotten no emails. So frustrating because I don’t have a lot of free time. I hope this is fix because this could be an absolute gem for many people like me.
PS I haven’t upgraded my account to the pro series because of ALL these issues. I would have because I know it has more features which would be extremely beneficial.

Love Linkbio, I use it for every account that I manage. Only issue Ive had is the phone links aren't working. They haven't been working for quite some time now. I need to be able to have a working phone call link on my instabios, please look in to this thanks

I really enjoy using Linkbio for my social media accounts. It’s nice to have everything all in one place!

My only complaint is that when I re-order my links, it does not save after I publish it. All else aside, I would highly recommend Linkbio!

I have loved using this for the bio of my restaurant but since Linkbio has changed I cannot find how to rearrange the order of the buttons. The help page give info that is now obsolete. If I can rearrange the order of the buttons, I would give 5 stars! Over a year and love it.

Linkbio is super great. It is very similar to link tree and the exception is that it’s free. You can get an upgrade if you like but the free option works perfectly fine too. I highly recommend Linkbio to any new artist, influencer or business owner.

I purchased Linkbio an hour ago and it’s so buggy. Setting up a link is too much headache. I’ve tried at least seven times and profile information will not save. I have requested a refund.

Just tried setting up Linkbio by using my email and password and it’s telling me it’s username /password are incorrect...
I just set it up...
And won’t let me log in...
