Game resets, Do not play

Support is no help being close 70% of the week. You can play the event even spend gems , play for two - three hours and get off. Come back later and find out everything is reset back to the day before, your gems are gone still. Figured the first time was maybe switch back maps from event to make sure. But no still happen again. Why would I want to play a game that won’t keep my game saved up even from switching between the event and main game. With bug this bad, I will not play any of this company’s games again.

Glitches on and off but if that type thing doesn’t bug a person , overall it’s a great way to relax. I’m annoyed that you guys don’t update social media. You don’t update the game levels. You don’t seem interested in spending anymore effort on this game. I’ve hit the max level three times now. I lost my progress each time and had to start over. Having said that , (points finger) somebody come to work at some point this year and add some more levels for those of us that actually like this app.
Stolen money

I love this game until the last few days on the new event every time I make a purchase it says it was completed then the game turns off. My card has been charged but when I open the game back my purchase did not take effect. Unfortunately I’ve played this game for almost a year now and about to delete it and find another game to play because of this. Please refund the money that has been lost in this glitch.
