Room Escape Game EXiTS Reviews

I have tried a number of Escape room games, this is by far the closest one to an actual escape room. This is actually a great game to train yourself to see and think with an escape room mindset. I bought the “beginner’s pack“ of coins so that I could unlock locked rooms after solving everything that comes with the free download. I was supposed to get 70 coins, but only got 40. I am unable to report that issue to customer support, because RoomEscapeGameEXiTS is by Japanese developers and versus the customer support pages are in Japanese.

After you solve every level, take advantage of watching the video for free coins. If you use hints, watch the quick video to get the free hint instead of using your coins. Watch the videos to get free stamps every day, which can then be converted into coins. That way, you will not need to purchase coins and get bamboozled.

I super enjoyed the first few hours of playing this - however, you start to notice the same logic being used in all of the levels over and over. They rely on the same mechanisms (with a few surprises on harder levels) so when you’ve played enough it’s more of a memory game than it is a true puzzle. I think the developers would benefit from brainstorming more new and unique puzzles - I wish I could give more detail to explain but I don’t want to reveal solutions. For a free game I really enjoyed it! I spent maybe 3 hours on it. To be fair I have been playing games like this for years - it’s tough to stump me.

It’s not too difficult, not too easy. It’s very relaxing, the graphics are simple and fun and you can watch a video or use coins if you get stuck. I found the longer I played the less help I needed.
The only drawback to the game is that there’s not enough levels! I’ve completed every puzzle in every level and now I’m frustrated because I have to wait for the weekly and the monthly puzzles. You can buy your way into each puzzle but it takes 15 to 30 coins and you can only watch two videos a day. Other than that, it’s a fantastic game!

First off this game is absolutely amazing! I don’t even know where to begin. It’s functionality is superb obviously with a few bugs here and there, but then again what app doesn’t? The levels are fun, yet challenging and that’s probably the thing I love most. This game is very calming and overall fantastic. It also helps your mind and memory (which I tend to struggle with despite being 17). I absolutely adore this game and want to say thank you to the developers and team who made RoomEscapeGameEXiTS possible y’all honestly deserve the world. I get so excited just to play this game and that truly means something. Urghhh I could cry at how amazing this really is, so again, thank you!!!!

When I tell you I LOOOVE RoomEscapeGameEXiTS! From the 3 stages, to the Monthly’s, Dailys & even the Hard stages! They’re all awesome & I look forward to every stage when it becomes available.. My only complaint is that I wish there were more stages released more frequently ESPECIALLY for those of us who have cleared every stage and even returned to play them over again.. Can players submit suggestions for stage ideas? I have theme ideas that I would LOVE to see!

This is an amazing game, very little amount of ads that force you to watch at least 5 seconds of them but instead just sit there waving hello at you while you solve the puzzles!

[Beyond this point is spoilers for a puzzle later in the game, just in case it might ruin the experience for others]

There was a puzzle I got stuck on in the second robot level that I actually keep forgetting exists.
It’s the one where you had to press the buttons in the order of the numbers associated to that button, so much so I not only had to use both hints, I also tried pressing each button the amount of times on each robot (46, 35, and 12).
Other than me being somewhat stupid about that type of puzzle, the game is amazing! Great job making it!

I very much enjoy the game and I play it every day! I even got my dad to play it. The one thing is I was playing it today and whenever I try to get a hint it shuts down so then I have to restart it and try again and then it does the same thing: shuts down. Please fix that. Also, I have a question: how do you get coins? Thank you so much for reading my review!

I would recommend this to anyone who likes a good escape game it is just the right amount of hard!

When I tell you i’ve played so many escape room games I am not kidding. I am also not kidding when I say out of all those, this is *THE* best one. I have had this game for over TWO years because I am hyped about what the next new level could be. It is so very fun and addicting. Everything about this game, from the camera feature to the hint buttons, is amazing. I need to find a game as fun as this one, but it is simply impossible. I have completely every. single. level.

I love that Nakayubi keeps the games coming! I wasn’t expecting MORE beautiful, interesting, and challenging escape rooms every month! Plus, I watch 2 ads every day so I can earn a “past month” room once in a while. (I LOVE earning extra coins by completing missions!)* Lastly, I’ve never been more impressed by how a developer incorporates ads! I’m never bombarded or interrupted during game play. I can CHOOSE to watch an ad to get a hint, but that’s it! I truly appreciate that! It speaks volumes about Nakayubi! Thank you Nakayubi!

Besides the graphics looking scuffed, the game is overall outstanding. 75+ free levels?? Just the right amount of difficultly and puzzles. Although my game freezes every now and then (results in closing RoomEscapeGameEXiTS ), it’s minor enough that it shouldn’t lose a star, but I believe it could be an easy fix. Maybe it could be a little easier to obtain extra coins for hints, otherwise you have to watch an ad. But overall good game. I love it and and am not looking forward to completing the game :(

I loved this game! I’m a huge fan of escape room games, and it’s really hard to find a good one. But, RoomEscapeGameEXiTS is so easy to navigate, functions well, the levels are challenging yet not TOO challenging. It’s not completely overboard with ads either, which is so refreshing. You can watch ads to get coins and hints. I really like when apps give “rewards” for ads rather than flooding the game with them. My only complaint is I need more levels!! There are a decent amount already but I couldn’t stop playing I got through them in a week!

First off it gives you sections to work on. Like reading the chapters of a book, you can put it down. I have enough things trying to get me addicted already.
Secondly, the puzzles are excellent! There are many similar themes, but they manage to come up with new twists regularly that still keep things challenging.
I paid for ad-free not because I needed extra hints, but because this is just the type of developer I want to support and encourage.
U think this is the second app review I’ve ever written. It’s that good.

I love playing escape room style games, but am frustrated when the levels are to hard (obscure) or too easy (childish). All the levels are able to be passed with just the information in the game, no outside references needed and moving from easy to hard does indeed increase the difficulty, but not the playability. I like the nature of the help. It gets you over stumbling without necessarily giving the answer and the help doesn’t run out and require a purchase of gold. I’m always happy to watch ads.

I’ve been playing this for a while now! I love this game, and I’m always excited when a new level comes out! The creativity is immense and the latest one I’ve played (March’s “Forest House”) is one of my absolute favorites!! I loved the puzzles and how they interacted with each other (how one room revealed another). The creativity really showed through in this level. I don’t think there’s ever been a level I haven’t liked, and there are tons of levels I walked away really loving! Keep up the great work! You guys are doing an amazing job!

I love escape room games, but many of them either have illogical puzzles, or have such scary content that I can’t enjoy it. This escape room game doesn’t have those issues. With one or two exceptions you can figure out the logic of every puzzle, and you don’t have to worry about being terrified while trying to escape. It is difficult enough to keep you interested and thinking, but not so difficult that you’re frustrated and pulling your hair out. The graphics are so pleasant, cheery, and bright. Definitely my favorite escape room game so far, I will be checking out the developers other games!

I’ve played a lot of these games and this one is right there with the best of them! Lots of different settings so you get some variance. As you go through them you do learn what some of their tricks are but I still find that I’m stumped at times. If I get through m without a hint I feel like that’s a big win and their hints are well done.

And yes some of the clues might be a little too crazy but all well - it’s all in good fun and if I didn’t miss some I might not feel like it was challenging enough. Plus if I get one if the wild ones I feel pretty proud!

My only complaint is that I bought the pack that said “no ads”. What I thought I was paying for is no 30 second ads when using hints. I don’t mind the small ad at the bottom or the time to time 5 second ad that pops up. I would have just purchased the coin pack without the option to remove ads if I had known I would still have to endure 30 second ads when using hints. I have fallen in love with this game and am anxiously awaiting new levels. I have about 5 more monthly packs and then I am completely done! Please hurry with new levels, I am hooked!

I turn on my music and just sit here and play this game for hours like it’s so relaxing and challenging! I also love how aesthetic this game is! I recommend this game to anyone who loves escape room games and loves to test their brain! There are ads on the game but not during the puzzles just afterwards, also they allow you to get hints just from watching videos so that’s a plus! If the ads bother you then get over it, how do you expect the creator to make any revenue without ads?! I absolutely love this game and would recommend it to any and everyone! :) Download it now and get ready to relax!

This game is so addicting and fun! Whenever I’m bored or want to keep my mind off something I play this game! I just finished one of the escape rooms called “Insect Garden”, a special challenge for the month of May, and it was so cute! I love bugs so much so it was so much fun! This game has realistic looks to it which makes it so much more cool to me! There are also so many levels, each one has three levels of the same theme in it (easy, medium, and hard). The sound effects in this game are also really cool and give off really different/cool vibes. If you’re looking for an escape room game/app I recommend you get this one! (It’s also completely free and you can watch ads for hints!😊)

I’ve had RoomEscapeGameEXiTS for months and I really enjoy it! It can be confusing at times, especially when you start off playing, so it’s nice that you can get clues after watching an ad. You get used to the type of puzzles used across rooms so it becomes relaxing as you play more rooms.

So many rooms to do and they put out new ones every month! It gives me something to look forward to every month. I like seeing all the different room themes too.

I also really like that there’s a “camera” you can use so you don’t have to memorize or write down a reference in the room to solve a puzzle. Brilliant and I haven’t seen this in any other escape room game.

I haven’t encountered any bugs or technical issues so it’s pretty smooth to play. Graphics are nice too!
