Omg. I was freaking out because E Learning was not working for me at home. I tried 3 different computer in 2 different locations and the website was completely down on the last day that PMK’s are due for eligibility. That was my fault for procrastinating until the last minute. I almost gave up until my friend told me about PMKEE. After reading the reviews I was skeptical that it wouldn’t work. PMKEE has mostly bad reviews. At this point it was a 50/50 chance it would work and my PMK would be completed on time or I would just have to try again next exam cycle. WELL IT WORKED!!! I took me 1.5 hours to complete. I also downloaded the original mailing app with the white envelope and blue background first before starting it and made sure my email was connected to that before starting and finishing the PMK. It also will ask you for you DOD once you finish and you can save your certificate to your camera roll, and files before emailing it to yourself. The email was an actual certificate not a file or PDF that I know of. PMKEE WORKS. They definitely considered all the reviews they got from 1-2 years ago and definitely made fixes to PMKEE as well as notes to help guid you in PMKEE if you don’t know what to do. Definitely will be using again if I ever need to.

On a postive note, PMKEE is pretty well laid out and user friendly. It’s not glitchy and all the functions seem to work properly. Except one. The most important function of this entire app is to send information of successful completion to update your FLTMPS record. And it does not do that. I am on an iphone, OCONUS, using internet service off my local SIM card. There is no wifi. They failed to mention this creates a problem for PMKEE . I successfully completed the course and am unable to hit the Send button on the auto generated email within PMKEE that sends the completed certificate to their database and up to FLTMPS. I called NTMPS. They walked me through verifying my phone’s settings were all correct. I am the lucky winner of I-get-to-take-PMK-EE-all-over-again. But this time i have to use the gov computer with crap internet and work through the always-have-a-pleasant-experience e-learning website.
I am not happy at all about this. It has wasted a lot of my time.

In case it wasn’t obvious, PMKEE is trash for sole the fact you can’t email the completed PMK-EE consistently, if even rarely.
I only recommend this if E-Learning won’t load for crap.

I completed and passed 3 exam courses for E4 eligibility. After all that time spent PMKEE froze and stopped working. I deleted PMKEE and then downloaded it again. It started working again but displayed that I had not completed any courses. I spent a lot of valuable time taking those exams and was so excited to have finally passed them, just to find out that I have to start all over again because a glitch in PMKEE .

PMKEE is amazing! I was able to complete my PMK-EE in less than two hours! All you need is a decent connection, (I was on my 3g) and an email already set up on your cell to send the completion cert. (my default email is gmail) That’s it and FLTMPS was updated 2 days later.

I’ve finish my PMK but I can’t submit due to error sending mail because it doesn’t have mail client. It doesn’t have any instructions how to do that or that you should set one up to begin with. I will change the rating once this is fixed. Also, the first time I’ve completed my PMK I’ve exited PMKEE without any warning that this would delete all my progress so I ended up doing it again. That needs to be fixed and save your completion til you are able to fully submit it.

Instructions should be clearer On how to use PMKEE. For starters they should be said that you need to have ad mail server installed and configured to use PMKEE. The Mail app for iPhones and iPads to avoid getting error and unable to send the results. The PMK app needs a better navigation. I had to redo multiple times.

PMKEE is very user friendly and did not have any of the problems and bugs that the initial course was having. This is a convenient and easy way to learn and complete the requirements.

Did all the courses and emailed the cert from PMKEE . Time comes to sign my worksheet and I check my email, my certificate is a .ldk file which I can’t open or convert, so it’s useless to me. I go into PMKEE to resend it and I get sent to the welcome page. I open the menu and click E6 eligibility, and it downloads the tests, erasing all of my progress. Hopefully my admin will let me use my ETJ as proof so I don’t have to do the whole thing again at the last minute. Thanks, PMK-EE!

So I did run into the error of the mail client but all it is, is you making sure you have your mail account set up on your phone. For iPhone users that would be the mail app. Not sure about Samsung or other phones.

Worked great for me. Make sure you have the “Mail” app downloaded and setup for PMKEE to work correctly and won’t send completion certificates. Does not require a CAC and doesn’t rely on NMCI speed.

I finished the entire course but it wouldn’t send my completion due to an error. I called some help desk and it told me to go to settings/passwords/mail but that didn’t exist. so I exited out and all of my progress was erased and I have to do it all over again. Please fix this issue because I just checked in to my new command and I don’t have computer access yet

PMKEE is a real life saver! Especially when it was nearly impossible to log into the Navy e-learning site.

If you have an iPhone, make sure that the “Mail” app is active.

Completed all of my PMKs. Am told by COC that I have to finish them and turn in this same day. Thinking good thing I did these when you said I wasn’t eligible so I app and all it’s gone as of I never even opened PMKEE before. Now have to redo as it never submitted them or sent an email or anything.

I should’ve stuck with the traditional method. My app crashed now it won’t open right. Turning off my device and restarting PMKEE did not work. I had to delete and reinstall and lost my progress. Only had the last exam to go.

Great concept over all but when trying to submit complete and or contact NTMPS I kept getting an error. Good thing I saved my certificate.

I don’t even know where to start. It crashed on me several times, it doesn’t save your certs, it’s very slow, everybody googles the answers, and it’s just one big waste of time that I coulda used to study for my advancement exam.

Don’t get your hopes up too high, that is unless you enjoy passing tests just to have to redo it all due to PMKEE crashing after the first successful completion! There’s no work quite like rework! Maybe it works better on something other than an iPhone 7?

Spent hours on these stupid quizzes. Finally finished and clicked send course to be uploaded. Said it needed to update. Ok. No big deal. Except it was. It wiped out all my scores and now I have to start over.
