On a postive note, the app is pretty well laid out and user friendly. It’s not glitchy and all the functions seem to work properly. Except one. The most important function of this entire app is to send information of successful completion to update your FLTMPS record. And it does not do that. I am on an iphone, OCONUS, using internet service off my local SIM card. There is no wifi. They failed to mention this creates a problem for the app. I successfully completed the course and am unable to hit the Send button on the auto generated email within the app that sends the completed certificate to their database and up to FLTMPS. I called NTMPS. They walked me through verifying my phone’s settings were all correct. I am the lucky winner of I-get-to-take-PMK-EE-all-over-again. But this time i have to use the gov computer with crap internet and work through the always-have-a-pleasant-experience e-learning website.
I am not happy at all about this. It has wasted a lot of my time.

I completed and passed 3 exam courses for E4 eligibility. After all that time spent the app froze and stopped working. I deleted the app and then downloaded it again. It started working again but displayed that I had not completed any courses. I spent a lot of valuable time taking those exams and was so excited to have finally passed them, just to find out that I have to start all over again because a glitch in the app.

I’ve finish my PMK but I can’t submit due to error sending mail because it doesn’t have mail client. It doesn’t have any instructions how to do that or that you should set one up to begin with. I will change the rating once this is fixed. Also, the first time I’ve completed my PMK I’ve exited the app without any warning that this would delete all my progress so I ended up doing it again. That needs to be fixed and save your completion til you are able to fully submit it.
