They are juat making money out of there pockets and not providing reports its been 8 days and I haven’t received the report.
From last 5 day i m banging my head to get my report or refund but they always ignore on the name of covid-19
If they are not will to provide the reports to there customers then why they are taking to much samples because they just need money. And dont want to provide the customer service.
Big Fraud. Its been 2 days and the report has not been provided yet. Third class worst service from this app. They charged Rs 1500 and still no reports.
Was told that COVID RTPCR test report will be given within 12 hours but actually took 24 hours. Missed flight because of this
I have turned upside down and spent hours banging my head trying to change my gender and DOB on Healthians . No success. I booked COVID test for my US flight by calling their number 72 hour ahead. The sample was collected 12pm 2/4/2021 and the status on Healthians at 1215 am 3/4/2021 shows it’s NOT even received in the lab. I knew something was wrong with these people. That’s why on the 2/4/21 itself I drove to Unipath labs in green park, got swabbed amd already have report in my hand within 6 hours. this app app is a waste of time and money and I am NEVER going to use their services again.
My reports weren’t received even after 5days. If they can’t do the work within promised time then why the false statements? They shouldn’t say that they will give the samples within 48hrs etc. I’m seeing similar reviews from other customers. I shouldn’t have reached you instead have gone through some local reputed organization. I still believe my reports are being prepared, and if somehow you say that my samples were hemolyzed I wouldn’t take it easy.
