BUGS and GLITCHES

The new update has not made this app better. This app is full of bugs and glitches, from logging on, to scheduling an order, to paying. Took me about 15 tries and multiple deletes and reinstalls to log into my account. It deletes my order history, so I take screenshots just in case my order is lost. There was a two for one coffee discount today, but I can’t even get past the “scheduled delivery” page (I live a block away and just need it ASAP) to add anything to my cart. Horrible app. Please fix.
Can’t add credit card to account

App is currently having a major issue where new debit/credit cards can’t be added to account. If you try it through the “Scan” tab it will just keep saying you have missing information even though all of the information is filled.
If you try to add a card through the “Manage Cards” tab then when the “Add” button doesn’t work and nothing happens no matter how many times you press it.
Annoying.

I’m convinced that La La Land bought fake reviews for this app because you can see that all the recent reviews have one star ratings and yet, the app has an overall good rating. Definitely fake!!! The app is useless too, as it does not let you apply rewards or order your drinks ahead of time. Continuous errors prevent you from getting what you want. Plus some stores don’t even have options for app ordering. What’s the point??
