I’ve been subscribed for a few years and it’s disappointing more hasn’t been done to LFCTVGOOfficialApp. A few glaring needs. 1. Native iPad and TVOS version 2. Continue to play video/audio even when I navigate away from LFCTVGOOfficialApp . This is especially brutal when listening to live commentary. This is the expectation with any subscription service. 3. Pick a navigation style. All these top levels are not important if ‘All’ is an option. 4. Content audit. LFCTVGOOfficialApp is all media containers. Yet some of them have 0 videos. Are the videos pulled? Are the filters broken? Just looks broken to me. 5. Let me make playlists and save things I want to watch.

When listening to live matches, LFCTVGOOfficialApp flips the match over to a recorder match. Very frustrating to have to log off and log back in. I spend more time logging off and on than I do listening to the match.

Multi yess subscriber and shocked - as of March 2022 - LFCTVGOOfficialApp still has more received any sort of update whatsoever. This is just ridiculous to me.
Beware- LFCTVGOOfficialApp will immediately kill the video or audio if you change tabs, minimize LFCTVGOOfficialApp , or even check your notification drop down. There is no multitask feature at all or “PIP” function.

0/5 if I could. Liverpool, do better!

Stunned that LFCTVGOOfficialApp, when casted to a different screen, stops playback when you leave LFCTVGOOfficialApp or the phone locks. Did a 12 year old design this?

Click here to do this. Then click something else. Go to this page to be told to go to another. Not intuitive, but mostly confused as to why you’d make an audio stream a video, which makes it useless. I want to hear the game while running or driving or whatever - which is why I chose the audio, not video stream - but LFCTVGOOfficialApp makes that pointless. Maybe consider simplifying the whole thing.

LFCTVGOOfficialApp is really poorly designed and conceived. There is no way to watch full matches on replay. Why should I pay the monthly fee for such limited functionality? Please compare it to other team apps for example Man City app which is more fan friendly

Started out trying the LFCTV go service with a free month but has subsequently paid for 3 months of service.. NOT by choice! They make it unbelievably difficult to cancel your account and have been giving me cold shoulder for support. Will be disputing this service with PayPal.

LFCTVGOOfficialApp was terrible 2 years ago, and hardly functions now. Probably the worst subscription service I have ever used. Zero stars

LFCTVGOOfficialApp does not work in the background, which is especially important when listening to live match commentary. As it stands, it’s much easier right now to simply sign in to LFC TV in Safari and access the content that way.

Every time I back out of a page, I have to sign back in.

Even more frustrating is that I cannot access my account information to cancel it. I now HAVE to call in order to do that.

I LOVE LIVERPOOL. THIS WEBSITE IN NO WAY REPRESENTS THE EXCELLENCE OF LFC.

Also, the only update in the last year took away social media sign ins. Updates that take us backwards...good job.

Even if LFCTVGOOfficialApp was free I wouldn’t recommend it.

I only gave it one star because I had to in order to review it.

It’s a good app but I need to able to listen to it and look at other apps or just turn the phone to “off.”

Tried to subscribe changed from PayPal to card and it will not let me change the choice so now I just get inactive and can’t do anything else.

You only listen the live games but u can’t see them.
Why to pay money for app that’s Ofer you things that u can find free.

App also only plays when phone is unlocked. If free some of bugs are acceptable, but as a service I’m paying for its disappointing.

For a club of this stature, LFCTVGOOfficialApp falls way short. At a minimum, the full game replay should be simple and easy to find quickly, with the option of not being shown the score. The mlb does it. The nhl does it. Arsenal does it. Why not LFC?!?!

LFCTVGOOfficialApp has no iPad support. It just looks like an iPhone screen when activated. The content is quality and all the videos are great but all this needs is a better app development.

Absolute trash for any type of live experience, enjoy the highlights and the postgame shows but not to pay for. Can’t even listen to the live match commentary, should be free over here🚮.

Look it’s utterly ludicrous that LFCTVGOOfficialApp has video content that can’t be airplayed to Apple TV. Come on fix that immediately that’s an easy upgrade

Please guys, it’s 2019 and I don’t want just hear the audio of the game. Only after I paid the subscription is that I discovered it is only audio of the live game.

Could also use a spoiler-free mode especially since live gameday video is not available.

Overall it’s great but needs setting to turn off match scores - so can watch matches without knowing result
