It doesnโt always ring

The setup is nice, but it doesnโt always sound the alarm. I wake up to it saying the alarm is going off on the screen, but no sound. I will check to make sure the volume is up before I go to bed, and nothing. It happens about once or twice a week. Very unreliable. I have to use backup measures to ensure I wake up. I hope this is addressed, since it doesnโt consistently do the one thing it is supposed to do...wake you up.
Thatโs not my tune

The reason for the rating that I gave was because I set a certain tune that I want to hear as my alarm, but it plays what it wants to play. Also, I have to keep resetting the alarm. The only reason I keep it is because of the tune I selected, I like it.
