  Cannot connect

  I tried the free version yesterday and it was fast but it suddenly failed this morning,then I thought it maybe the free trial is over and request you to the paid version through the ad always jump out. So I check the reviews of this app, most of reviews are good and I paid for it 1 year+1year which is totally good price. Unfortunately, after signed in the paid version, it still cannot connect from any connectors whatever you choose Hk,Japan or USA. I need payback because I just did not enjoy 1 min when paid for this service. Updated: customer service replied now only almost half servers could work,according to the suggestion, finally it is connected.

  HELP! Please support our outdated Ipad

  The VPN is totally soooo much nice,but my outdated Ipad with IOS version 10.0 cannot find a compatible application of this VPN. So, I hope you guys can develop a compatible version for those sorrowing and helpless Ipad. If necessary, we can promise you that some donation can be provided. Please, your competitor Express VPN did this action very well！ Dear guys, I am going to wait your supports for outdated IOS versions.😭😭😭

  Lots of issues and strengths

  When it’s actually working, the VPN’s connection is great. However on my iPhone, I can’t load anything on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc. I can send direct messages but can only access the full sites from my computer. Every few days, the app exponentially gets bigger and ends up taking up to 6 GB of storage on my phone. What is the reason for this???

  I have a good feeling of using it in MacOS,that’s why I gave 5 stars. But I can’t open it in iphone x,it flashbacks a moment later(I have the same problem when using some other apps)I don’t know why and want a solution.

  I tried the trial for a few days and was impressed. I live in China so VPN is a must for me, I always have a main and and back up VPN. Panda is now my main, it connects super fast and since using it I haven’t used any other VPNs. Message to support: Any plans for a Linux version?

  Hard to use

  I don’t understand why this is so hard to use. I tried to get the free trial and as soon as I chose free it took me to a payment screen asking which package did I want. I tried to go back to my free trial and it was gone. Then I made an account and keep getting error message in login screen in a different language. Then It says my password is wrong but my password is right. On top of that I used the login panda gave and it still didn’t work. What is the POINT!

  I want to know why some websites can’t be reached, but I already paid for VIP. If these websites can’t be reached at all, I’d rather want to get my money back. As a VPN to connect the world, if you block some websites which have nothing with evils, sexism and something else, I think you are evil, because you block people to know something that is truth.

  It’s very convenient. And most importantly, it’s fast. However, I do hope you developers can improve this App on Windows, because I find the speed much slower than that on my iPhone.

  I paid a 3 month subscription and it didn’t go thru. They did not give me my money back and last month I had to pay a monthly subscription again. Please do not trust and do not get 3 month subscription since is scam!!!!
