App is no longer working properly

I am having so many issues with your app that I have never had before across multiple devices. We use your app for water marks on our business posts but the app keeps shutting down and glitching. Please fix or we will be canceling our subscription.
Not enough flexibility

I wanted this for purposes other than posting stories. I would like a landscape option. Also you can’t really export your animations. You can only post it to Facebook or instagram. What if I want to post to a different service? I can’t save it to my phone. It also doesn’t save what you already made so you can’t reuse it. Needs improvement.
Not worth subscription

This app is not worth subscribing to at all. There aren’t enough design and music options to choose from. They keep promising more options, but the roll out is slow and not worth waiting for. You’re better off using free apps and editing software to get the same results with a tiny bit more effort.
