I am an active subscriber. I paid $40 to watch the live stream today (Smack Volume XI). When I attempted to watch the stream it said I needed to pay an additional $40. I attempted to watch on different devices and they all said I needed to pay again.

We canceled the subscription months ago and are still getting charged til this day no number to call for customer service I want a full refund and I want my card removed y’all are straight thieves and scammers at this point duche bags

Why does it take so long for new battles to upload on url when I pay the 7.99 to watch any battles I miss.

I canceled my subscription to get a refund on my credit card my wife's credit card was charged and there was no money on there so you guys over drafted 7.99 plus tax with no money my wife needs her refund so she can be refunded the over draft fees she was charged this is my 3rd time trying to contact someone and can't get in touch with anyone this is poor service for your customers.
