I deleted my account and then was sent a notification it would take 48 hours to do so. Not sure why it takes 48 hours and if I knew before deleting it, I would not have done so. We are now well past 48 hours and attempted to start a new account but it is still telling me it takes 48 hours. Tried to contact support, and they will not answer. Not sure why the delay or why support will not answer.

This was a great app until someone decided to improve it. It went from the best online checkers app to the worst with no warning. You can not access the items that were bought before the change. The board looks like it is straight out of the pong era of computer games. The daily rewards system doesn’t consistently work. It if difficult now to see the ranking of a challenger before playing a game. This app is a terrible implementation of checkers.

I’ve Downloaded every checkers game ,
They use to have a great format. They updated and changed everything.
By far, this app is the worst, not because they changed everything, because of the support and bug defects, every-time I have a problem , they say it’s my provider, and maybe I should playoff line. 🙄 do not download this App, if you do, guarantee you’ll delete. After they have your information.
