It’s been more than 48 hours that I downloaded this app, the first minutes it worked perfectly, looked great, then since I get the message that I cannot connect, please fix this issue or refund my money

Unable to go back to main menu

The top menu bar with my name is blocking me to go back to main menu from one window to other. Issue with UI.
Not a smooth ux

The app works as I expected, similar to WhatsApp web but has the ability to store both mine and my husbands accounts which is great since iPads don’t support multiple users very well. It would be much smoother if it didn’t require me to pick my name everytime I come back to the app (I am not closing it, just doing other things on and off the iPad) as I use the iPad on and off for long stretches of time on my own. It should keep my account loaded unless I press the back button to the dashboard to pick a different account.
