Can’t signup

This app is buggy as heck. App locks ups intermittently. Haven’t been able to signup despite having tried several times. The app just said credit card not processed.
Looks like a great car wash tried to cheap out in app development.
App support isn’t available either from apple. The app support link takes you to a website pay someone to write and app for you.
Can’t sign up

I would like to sign up for unlimited washes but I am unable to. I put my information in and a white box comes up with an ok to click on and then nothing happens. I’m assuming it’s some kind of error message but I’m not completely sure. I hope it gets fixed so I can sign up.
App doesn’t work
