Nomad Near Me Reviews

NomadNearMe is not intuitive. Every once in a while is see a map where people are but can’t find out how I did it. Makes me wonder if it is just from the ad showing the map and the a[p not doing it or I’m not able to bring the map up from the manual?
I would like this to work since I’m starting full timing.

I was unable to turn this off when not using. For every trip I went on it asked me to check in, even if I was driving across town. I turned off all location and cellular data options and it would continue to send notifications.

Downloaded NomadNearMe today for the first time. Using iPhone 5s. Screen where it says location must be set doesn’t fully display. Won’t scroll so can’t finish getting app installed. Had to delete app. 😔

Very easy to use and see who is close by.

RVing can be lonely. This is NomadNearMe we wish we’d had 5 years ago to help us meet RVers with similar interests.

Nomad near me is great for RVers, boaters, hikers, or anyone that is nomadic in nature, but wants to meet fellow like minded “friends.” Nice to know wherever we roam we can see who is around us that enjoys the same adventures we do!

This is a simple to navigate, friendly app. Does what you need and no fluff to confuse you. Keeps you in touch with your road friends simply and efficiently.

NomadNearMe is easy to use. We have met and kept up with other RV’ers through NomadNearMe. An easy way to be connected with people while on the road.

What a great way to keep up with friends. We especially like this because we travel full time and if we can find friends to meet up with along our travels makes it more enjoyable. You can also collect badges from states you visit. There is a lot of cool features.

Update... App is working great now!! Keyboard appears when needed.

Love the idea of NomadNearMe and cannot wait to use it and meet people on the road.
The issue I’m having is the keyboard isn’t coming up for me to fill out my profile information or search for friends.

The wife and I both found NomadNearMe, created a sign on, no way to delete one!!
The developer responded quickly, removed the account and all is good!

NomadNearMe is a must-have for anyone that’s looking to optimize their travels & add a community element to their RV lifestyle.

Friends make everything better & NomadNearMe allows you to find your friends, meet new friends, and connect with other nomads.

We’ve greatly enjoyed using NomadNearMe . It’s helped us connect with several other families that were nearby or passing through our area. This will be a core app for RVers and other nomads.

We love love LOVE NomadNearMe since it has allowed us (and our children) to connect with others at campgrounds and while out and about living the RV Life! I Highly recommend getting NomadNearMe.

We love NomadNearMe. We can’t wait to meet new friends with similar interests as our own while we travel. We hope to full time RV soon and we look forward to seeing all that this will do to connect us to the travel community.

One of the best ways we have found to not only meet new friends but once we had to separate we were able to meet back up again by knowing where our friends were! Works great, love NomadNearMe !

Simple and intuitive interface.
So far, everything has functioned flawlessly.
I can see the potential for making and keeping contact with fellow travelers. Time will tell if it works for us, but so far I am very optimistic.
I think it’s an excellent concept with very good execution.

Great way to keep up with old road friends and make new ones. Meet fellow travelers with similar interests. Learn from other travelers about areas/sites/road conditions etc. If you are either a full-time or part-time nomad, this is NomadNearMe for you.

This is a great app. It gives us the opportunity to meet up with other rvers that share our interests. Love it!
