I just had the worst experience ever with customer service. Last night when I opened my game it told me I need to download data worth 1gb to open the game. Now from what I know there were no recent updates so this was strange. I still proceeded to download it and afterwards it told me they were decompressing now and didn’t use any mobile data. Even after all of that the game still wouldn’t open. I told customer service about my problem and they had the gal to say just download what’s required of you. Like I did download everything but it’s still not letting me log in. I told them this and they straight out ignored me. I am never recharging again on this game if they can’t even bother to have good customer service. I am vip7 almost 8 and this is how you treat a player that’s been playing for 3 years?? I missed all of yesterday and today because of this conundrum. I finally deleted the game because customer service did nothing to help

Call me emperor keeps adding server after server after server when they know that they have servers that are dying. So say you have been playing for a certain amount of time and your server is shrinking they don’t have the respect consideration or decency to merge dying servers. Yes there are alluring graphics and overtime they add new things but the problem is with the amount of money that you spend on the game and the time that you invest in the game they don’t care enough to merge your server with another dying server so that you can continue to enjoy the gaming experience. It is only common sense to merge dying servers but call me emperor the developers are full of crap they only care about your money they don’t care about your experience they don’t care if your server is dying they just keep adding more servers and giving excuses as to why they don’t merge the servers. Don’t spend a single dime on this game because of the simple fact that all of the money that you spend can turn into dust when your server starts to shrink or die. When I first started playing almost 2 years ago there was over 100 players now we are down to about 20 players in my server and there are other servers that I have friends and they have the same complaint.

Game is overall very addicting and it is a true spend time win game meaning you will end up regretting playing this game . However, we all should be adult enough to accept that .

I will not however agree with developer about their treatment with bullying in the game. My younger sister who is 16 YO playing this game and later cried because she was bullied in the game . Calling names and sexual words in game. Yet, when we report it CME flat out said “ it wasn’t against their rules” because the player didn’t target anyone specifically . I play many online game and never see such level immoral and unethical conducts from developer response. In any other online, you get banned jjst for cursing at all. Again, if you see your children or younger siblings play this game stop them and delete this game.

Also , read through previous review and you will see many report same issues and CME developer have same exact generic response. If they seincerely wanted to fix and improve in game system, they could have reached out and asked for more information if individual incidents reported in these reviews. None of it done.

So I saw a review about this and downloaded anyway. From the very beginning it was just wrong. If I chose a female character (because I am female) why couldn’t you adjust the game to say “daughter” as opposed to “son”? It seems like a lazy mistake. Anyone who is capable of creating a game should be capable of matching pronouns. This game lacks diversity and it’s already too annoying to keep going and see if the story line would improve. Revamp your platform or remove the female aspect. I have to assume from the reviews I’ve seen that the developers never actually intended for women to play and added female characters as an afterthought. It’s okay, there are many other games that acknowledge genders so I’ll go with those. Let’s not ignore the fact that there isn’t a character of color which is honestly an elementary mistake on the developers. Might be fun but I won’t get invested in this being that it wasn’t meant for women of color to play 🤷🏾‍♀️

This is a very elegantly designed title with fantastic artwork. It’s systems continue to deepen the longer you play, and there is always more to discover.

However, I am sad to report that it is no longer possible to be seriously competitive on leaderboards without spending ridiculous amounts of money. The longer the game is active, the more difficult it becomes for low spenders or free players to get a decent score in events or access high tier loot shops, and prices continue to soar astronomically higher. It is quite simply unacceptable and the course the game is on must be corrected.

I can no longer recommend Call Me Emperor to anyone, unless this path of greed and self-destruction is reconsidered. ClickTouch makes more than enough money, everyone who plays this game knows that. At this point I think they might just be toying with everyone to see how stupid their players really are and how much money they can make off us. It is very disappointing.

I enjoyed this game let’s get this right. But I do not enjoy the chat communication that is setup. Not only that there is no quality control of you allowing people to behave in a bullying manner, but this game allows others to say far more inappropriate things. I am a paying customer as well. So, I take it as you don’t care about your paying customer. Multiple people have reported this person, but the person is still able to play the game. Do you know what is cyber bullying? Do you know what are really inappropriate words. Even people who can use racial terms can get away with it because it’s in different language. What does this say about your game? Allowing such behaviors. I suggested you have someone to moderate people’s speech if you were so concern over inappropriate words being used that was in a context that wasn’t even made inappropriately. I also will be doing more reviews.

I’ve played this for over a year and a half. The developers continue to perpetuate bullying and doxxing because they refuse to ban the users who do such things. You can have as much proof of incidence as you want and they will still do nothing because they value money over the safety of players. Players have been doxxed on multiple occasions, and the only result is a 24 ban that prevents a player from using the chat feature. Once it’s lifted, that user can go back to doxxing. That’s not a repercussion. Players have suffered from their addresses and phone numbers being posted online, have been harassed by those numbers being called, have had their full legal names exposed. This is unacceptable, and goes against the terms of service for this game. If you value your safety, do not play this game.

This game all about charging money. Even to just get 50th place and the rewards are terrible. Even if your are 10th, the reward are nothing. I have been playing for 4 years but it time to end this. They way way more expensive now. You need to charge to play more. They gave you a bit of chance. That’s it, you need to charge money to play more. Their skins are to expensive, you need to charge at least $500 to really have chance to get the skin you see in the ad. The top players are rich kids. They can pay to win. You can win but you have to hoarding your items for long long time, when you want to go all out. You will lost at the end of the event becuz someone will have more than you. This game for rich people only. The rewards you got are nothing but just items in games. I’m telling you should not play this game. A lot of dead servers. People have been starting to left the game.

This is a really fun game I’ve been playing it for about a week now and I am really enjoying it. The game doesn’t make me feel like I have to spend money to have fun (even though I have,) spending money feels like it’s just an enhancement.

Like some of the others have said they need to work on their pronouns.

I do wish not all of the consorts start off as female. Would be fun to have some start off male and be able to reincarnate them into female if you want. Mostly just because it feel a little jarring going threw the cut screen of getting them, just so you can get threw it to swap their gender. I don’t mind doing that for even most of them but having one cut screen to just sit back and enjoy would be nice!

This game brings me great memories and I wanted to go back to relive them because why not? So I go back and discover one big problem, my server that I had been in since January of last year is dead. I can’t go on banquets because no one is making banquets, my children take longer to marry because their aren’t many people playing on my server. I was made leader of a guild because I was literally the only person remaining or said guild. The solution would be to just go to another server, issue is that I would lose all my progress. I don’t wanna do that I’ve already spent money on this game and I have had to change to another server because I had forgotten the password of my other account my 30 year level account is gone and I’m only on level 13 on this current server which took me wayyyy to long to get there imo. Love the game but if I wanna play with other people I would have to lose all my progress and I can’t do that again.

Okay, first of all it’s a harem game. I really want to be able to change the names of the harem descendants (at least before they become adults) and the emperor’s if I do wish it be. I accidentally game one of the male kids a girl name thinking it was a baby boy and it’s just bothering me. I also wish choosing harem genders would be easier and even automatic- like choosing a gender or sexual orientation of the emperor at the game and then it could cause tokens to personalize harem genders or something. If there’s a change to that I would give the game a five star rating. A plus would be for there to be a better story line that can change depending on your choice. Another suggestion is to be able to earn different looks depending on levels and choices.

So Call Me Emperor is overall a great game, that I play on a regular basis. It’s addicting!

Buuuut...Lately there’s been something on my mind. One of them being whenever you reincarnate consorts into males. All the character designs are so generic and don’t match the female ones!
It. Feels. Rushed.
And it kind of disappoints me because I have to have female consorts to have the most diverse characters designs and males are limited.

Then on the other side, there’s literally only one black female you can have as a character! One. That’s upsetting. While the other races get to have cooler and cooler avatars, I’m stuck with one. And it’s the same for the male black characters. I’ve seen two, maybe three?

I feel really left out whenever I only see my race once or twice.

Also, please add more design to the descendants. I’m not asking you to like- make specifically designs for darker avatars race, because I know that would be really hard for you guys! But, you could give us the option to design our own descendants. Therefore, you’d get a lot less complaints on the topic because we’ll have control over how we want them to look.

It can range between sophisticated outfits, hairstyles, and skin tone. And the higher level the descendant is, the better the clothes!

The game is great, overall. The plot is a rad stiff, but I still enjoy it! But please consider my ideas. I’ll give it an 80% there.

Im a history nerd and I love time management games so this checked both boxes for me Very well. (Ive been playing this game for 6 months) It’s easy to skip over any descriptions or historical references so if you want to just play the game you can.
Any still frame shots of characters or backgrounds are GORGEOUS although they don’t change much.
This is a game that requires a LOT of time spread out over days and weeks in order to advance your fighters, kingdom strength, harem, etc—unless of course you strategize, plan, and pay for things.
The worst part about the game right now is that hundreds of players have moved on to other games so any contests between players on a single server can be boring or nonexistent. Many people have asked for the servers to be combined and not just hold cross-server battles but it hasnt happened.
However, any tech or other issues on this game have lead to generous freebies being given to players so I do like this game and company.

I don’t understand why this game has a 3 star rating?? I am absolutely addicted to this game because there is so much to do! Every time I say I’m going to put my game down, I play ‘just a little more’ which ends up being another hour or so.

Everyone on server 87 in America is absolutely amazing, kind, and supportive. That is why I continue to play this game because of the community. Everyone is everyone’s friend even if we don’t have enough friend slots, we all chat in the world chat. Something that always gets our chat excited is when we talk about the different characters we collect. We do think some of the guys look the same and the girl consorts are super pretty but the guy reincarnations don’t get the same effort the girls do.

My only complaint is why does gold run out so quick? I understand making an incentive for people to spend money but I really think items are overpriced and it’s not fair. To make it to the top you have to spend more money and though you want to make it to the top, you can’t because you don’t have the means to.

Ok so this game is so good and addictive like it’s what I’ve been playing all day/ everyday since I downloaded it. There is so much to do in this game and with the timed rewards it’s impossible to put it down. Im not good at writing reviews because I don’t know what to put in it but this game is really amazing amazing and worth playing. Honestly games like this aren’t really my thing so I was really surprised by how much I enjoy playing it. Definitely like a 5 star game.

Ok so I also want to mention that the cultural aspects of this game is amazing. I love how I get to experience life of a Chinese emperor. I’m a big fan of historical time travel manhuas so I really liked how I can see the aspects of ancient Chinese monarchy that I often see in the comics.

Ok now the game stopped working for me :(
It goes right up to the screen before the it tells you to sign into Facebook and stays on that forever. I’ve tried everything to no avail. I’ve tried...

1) exiting CallMeEmperor , closing the tab and going back on
2) updating CallMeEmperor
3) exiting out CallMeEmperor and restarting my iPad
4) and offloading CallMeEmperor and downloading it again

And none of that worked so now I’m sad please help me :(

I really do love this game, it keeps me entertained for an during my free time and it’s not pay to win thankfully. You don’t have to spend money to constantly improve your empire. If you do feel like paying money though, the packs available in the shop just aren’t worth the price tag many of them of them come with.

One of the hundred dollar packs for example come with a lot of great things, but in very small quantities. Like the heroine souls, it only comes with two yet you need 10 to recruit a heroine. In reality it should come with at least get twenty souls. If someone is willing to dish out a hundred dollars on this game they should greatly rewarded.

I don’t really spend money on these types of games, so it doesn’t effect me, but it struck me as odd that the most expensive pack is really worth maybe 15 dollars at most.

It’s nice and all but what’s bothering is that there’s no explanation on how to play each local event. It would be helpful for a short tip on how to make the ranking. For example, Banquet pop., attend people’s banquet, give banquet. For some events with too many sources like power ranking, just some tips would be nice too: increases power from obtaining new ministers, consorts or working on improving your current ones through any possible means. That would probably sum a lot without actually giving out all tactics either. It’s hard to play at first when you were new and confusing. Harem vs intimacy, tea party. I wasn’t even sure on many other general things around the game so I figure that would be helpful too.

I like this game. It's one of the few games I quickly got addicted to and have continued to play everyday! The graphics are great and the prounouns are kinda off but overall I don't really mind it. We love the lesbian content in this because I chose a female emperor and the consorts are females, so the lesbian fantasy is really living. You could also change the consorts to the opposite gender if you really wanted to but I like them as girls! This game is really fun and I love how if you do spend money on it you get good deals with the more you spend so your money isn't going to waste. I would highly recommend this game to someone who wants a daily game they can play and check up on. And I also have already recommended it to some friends to play too.

This game cost couple grand if you truly wants to do well on it. It continue to ask u to spend and there is no end to it.

The people on the game are very toxic as well. They are never straightforward with you. Always backstabbing. Strategy became schemes of one alliance trying to hurt another or swallow another. Every player that jump on the game they all try to get them to join ur alliance cause they can donate gold and help. But if they become over 15 days inactive mostly kick from alliance. Who the heck has time to play everyday continuously for half a year or to a year and longer. Just imagine the money you throw in after a year not including the time.

Not much of real friends made on the game either. Everyone is selfish they all want to win so they all join one alliance and completely killed the rest of the group many poor people were discouraged to leave the server.

I don’t recommend anyone spending or playing long term on this game. It is exhausting, unless u are free without work and has money to burn. Don’t play long term or spend anything on this game. Cause once u start you can’t stop.

I've played a lot of games like this, but this is the only one I've seen with a female to male harem. I think most of the people who play this game are female and other games of its kind don't take this too seriously. I played this game 2 years ago, took a break and played again 1 week ago, I started over on a new server and thanks to my experience I was able to figure out how to play it without loading too much money and still at the top. However, if you do not need to be in the top, just experience the game is still very fun and do not need to recharge. The game has added a few new levels compared to 2 years ago, which is fine.
