I got so excited when I ordered my smartwatch but unfortunately after hours of attempting to get Comfit to work it crashes over and over making it unusable and unconnectable to the watch. I wasted $50 and wish I could just have a funationing app to use this watch but that’s not the case. So sad the developer isn’t aware or allowing posts to show on Comfit
Comfit worked for a while but now crashes when it connects to watch. It will disconnect from watch and not crash but when connected to the watch it immediately crashes. This makes Comfit worthless.
There is some bugs, please fix it. I change the temperature setting to celsius but when close Comfit and open it again the temperature setting is reset to fahrenhite, and then watch shown wrong temperature ( for example 110 F ).
Since the ios 13.1.2 firmware update the this app app crashes. It worked perfectly before update. Be nice to have a bug fix for the new firmware.
Just got my smart watch and Comfit won’t let you register . Comfit needs to be fixed !!
Doesn’t work, can only use the watch as an analog watch, cannot pair it with Bluetooth. Fraud.

I am unable to register as Comfit isn’t sending the mail with the identification code. It’s also not responding when trying to connect using apps ID or Facebook or any other way. Accordingly I can’t connect my watch.
Have really been enjoying Comfit until I updated to iOS 13.1...which makes Comfit shout down..
I am using version 1.1.5 and it works perfectly with my watch and using iOS 14.2. I read the reviews of the 1.1.6 version and decided, since my system works fine, I will hold off updating to this version.
