It’s disappointing!!! I can’t be traveling a hour everyday to see my baby, so when they told me I could use this app to see my baby from home it have a little bit more comfort that even though I’m not with him I’d be able to see him, the app has been down more than what I have been able to see my baby, and when I can see him it freezes, it’s not totally live, I have to exit and go back in to see if there is a position move to tell if baby is awake, most of the time the option to see the live video is not an option. With all the technology in the world you’d think it would be color right, wrong it’s not. They need to make a lot of improvements. I really hope my baby can come home soon because this app is not helping very much in making me feel some comfort in being able to see him when I’m not with him.

The app is not working for us and the help line is not helpful. The helpline is an answering service that lets you know your call will be returned within 24 hours. Very disappointing in level of service. I believe the technology is great and a wonderful way for families to see their child. Lack of service is a major downfall, without service even the best ideas fail.

The cameras NEVER work. Do yourself a favor and don’t even attempt to use this app!! It is so incredibly frustrating when you want see your little loved one and not even ONE time did the cameras work! The hospital made sure they were setup properly on their end so it’s an AngelEye issue.
