As soon as we got to the motorway, the driver said he wanted me to pay him extra 50% on top of what the app was initially going to charge. I refused, because the amount of cash I had on me was just enough to pay the initial price, but not more. He said it was okay, and at that moment I thought he was actually going to stop trying to extort money from me and act like a decent person, but instead he DROVE ME TO AN ATM AT THE NEAREST GAS STATION without saying a word. I told him we agreed on a different price initially, but he literally forced me to withdraw more money from my card, because he promised to leave me at the gas station otherwise. When I contacted the support, they never even wanted to discuss the issue - what I loved most was that they said they would punish the driver IN CASE HE DOES THAT AGAIN 😅 So he’s literally going to get away with what he did, and any one of you may be his next fraud victim, and only then MAYBE they will do something to stop him! Zero attempts to resolve the issue were taken, not even a coupon was offered, plus at some point the support manager Pavel just stopped replying - best customer service ever! Then my chat with the support manager was deleted and I can’t even locate it now - that’s how inconvenient my issue was to them, - but luckily I’ve taken screenshots of the whole conversation, which I would gladly share everywhere I can if the issue won’t be resolved in the nearest time.
