- Rainfall accumulation is automatically reset for event, day, week, and month but not for the year.
- A version or two ago, the app does nothing. Just opens to a white screen.
- I think I’m on the third time that I only get a white screen.
- Even after release 4. 0. 0 still getting only a White screen.

My iPhone no longer connects. I’ve restarted our Internet, my phone, the Ambient Weather controller and replaced the two batteries under the main unit. I love the data on my iPhone, but it has not been updated in 5 now almost 6 days. Can you help me?
Ambient weather station suddenly stopped reporting data.
On the AWN app, I can get the ALERTS page, the UNITS page and the DEVICES page. If I try to go to WEATHER MAP or DASHBOARD, I just get a blank screen. Norton updated some programs a couple weeks ago. I don't know if the two are connected but it has been about that long since the weather app has worked correctly. I can still get my weather station information on Wunderground and Weather Cloud. Thanks, ron

Wi-Fi setup is terrible. Works perfectly for several people I know. I watched them set it up on their devices in my home…however does not work on my iPhone 12.
wifi setup is a nightmare. Instructions are confusing and inconsistent. the console wifi broadcasts a sid that my iphone app connects to, but then the app freezes when I try to open it. I've tried restarting everything and none of that works.
