It will not allow you to bank the money you have won when you have won the game but do t wdd as nt to answer the next question and it won’t let you go back a screen eg leader board to go up game

The Rewards Cinema is not working it has an advert which has two parts the first part displays the advert but the second part does not complete - it display a message that the advert cannot be shown then locks out. The other adverts then are not accessible as they do not allow you to complete the daily rewards, This is very frustrating!

Every time we play games BET advertisement interrupts during the question sequence at frequent intervals. This is very annoying & can cause loss of games. Don't mind ads after the game completed or during video lifeline. Also noted video help lifeline often says No Video Available so you lose the game near the end. Odd how BET video is always available & pops in when you're trying to concentrate on current question. We are elderly & have enough trouble seeing the screen on this little phone. We love your game but this BET ad hacking in all the time is ridiculous. Thank you, JLE
