How in this day and age an application is unable to support the most basic services like “Chat” shows the utter lack of interest from 3-Step Sport to invest in all of the acquisitions/questionable monopolization.
All PlayerFirstClub actually does is create a payment portal for Parents and gives you “Push” information from the Club.
Yet, it is the mandated communication app for all its Club Teams. So, if you’re reading this review…doesn’t really matter. You are being forced by your Club to application anyway.
Should not have been launched, things like rosters were missing and still incomplete
Why did we have to reinvent the wheel? Team Snap is so much better and easier to use. How much of our player fees went to writing an app FROM SCRATCH that isn’t as good? Asking for a friend.
Why not just teamsnap at this point?
Always an issue. Why lose members over an app.
This is they worst app ever. Not that it matters cause folks are forced to use it who are in their clubs.

Every time I log in to this stupid app the next day it kicks me out! What a terrible app, my team need to switch to team snap
If you click on chat - you literally have to delete PlayerFirstClub and reinstall to get back out of it. Unreal they haven’t fixed that yet.
The latest one is the inability to create new calendar events, which is probably the most used function of an app like this.
Emailed support several times - nothing.
Can’t make it easy to add a parent to a child. That’s the core of PlayerFirstClub - and you can’t find out how to do that basic task anywhere on their site, FAQs, etc …
Flakey / irrational updates of schedules to PlayerFirstClub . Had 2 fellow parents - on the same team - side by side looking at a schedule - and it showed different schedules!
Needs a deep QA and User Experience makeover!
Never loads correctly. Makes u log out and log back in. Our team used to use team snap and i wish we still had it
Just horrible. I was logged out and when I reset my password my son was no longer on my account. I don’t get messages from the team and I couldn’t register him for the next season. Support told me just to use someone else’s account to do it. PlayerFirstClub is horrible..
PlayerFirstClub has constant problems. It logs me out every time I go into it and says my credentials are wrong which work perfectly fine when I go log in on the website. I have deleted and reinstalled PlayerFirstClub multiple times. It’s extremely frustrating.
Holy cow this is awful. If these developer started developing in the 2000’s then I feel bad for them. Routine features that apps have had for 10 years are not available. Communications are bad. Schedules are bad. It’s bad all around. If that was the goal then you crushed it. Congrats for being the worst app of 2023.
PlayerFirstClub gives me anxiety. Idk why you would not make a good app. We pay tons of money for this club. I can’t even access it I’m so confused please fix it and use tech people

Poor message threading wen apart of multiple teams.
Very buggy (frequent unhandled JS exceptions when opening notifications.
More like a high school technology project then a real app
Would like to be able to create and manage a sub list for car pool instead of having to create new email each time.
