GORanger is a godsend for pogo players. It gives you every bit of information you could possibly need while on the go. GORanger is usually updated same day as anything new gets added to the game. Sometimes even same hour. Updates in app so no need to download a new update from App Store every time. Research tasks and their rewards, Raid Pokémon and all their counters, a shiny checklist, egg and buddy lists, and countdown timers for all current events going on. Yes they added some ads in a recent update but it’s a single banner add in the bottom. It’s poor placement because that’s where some of the buttons are, but as long as you aren’t an idiot and know where you are touching it’s not very intrusive and I ignore it. I’m perfectly fine with it if it allows GORanger creator to make a little money on an excellent and invaluable free app. No more google searches when I need to find something out!

I think this is the only review I’ve ever left for an app. GORanger is brilliant! I had to leave a review. This if for every Pokémon Go player. Casual players to hard core grinders. GORanger is very simplistic & easy to use but has a ton of great info! Has all current and future events listed with start and end times and has a timer on ongoing events. Current raid bosses are on here with top counter options, CP range of raid boss, if it can be shiny, how many it takes to beat it. Shows the current egg pool and if they can be shiny with CP range that the hatch can be. Has a list of current shiny’s with an option to check them off as you get them. Beautiful app, I will be encouraging everyone in my local group to download! Thanks so much for GORanger!!

GORanger is extremely useful. Real-time event timers, raid listings and counters, current shiny info, egg hatch possibilities... it’s really got everything you could ever need. My one and only complaint is that there’s currently no premium option, and that’s a real shame; GORanger is so good, I’d gladly spend a few dollars to go ad-free, (there’s no pop-up ads or videos or anything like that, just a constant game ad ribbon on the bottom of the screen. It’s not overly obnoxious or app-breaking, or anything like that, but give me the option to pay a few bucks for your app, and I’ll happily do it!!).

If you’re an avid Pokémon Go fan, or even a novice that wants more information, GORanger is exactly what you’re looking for. I have used Google a countless number of times to look up various things (which Pokémon come from which eggs, what is the current list of raid Pokémon, the results of various Research Tasks, etc). GORanger has all of that information (and then some) in a convenient package. There’s always more info that could be added, but I fully expect the developer will continue the never-ending quest for improvement.

There’s a few good things I like about GORanger. My favorite is that it keeps you up to date with what events are currently happening as well as what events are coming up. It tells you exactly when events will end and when they will start. I also really like the checklist feature. The list is ever updating with the new shinies that are available. It lets you keep track of what pokemon you are looking for and the ones you have already.

This is a quick and convenient place to find all sorts of stats and information on various Pokémon Go happenings. I love GORanger because now I don’t have to search Reddit or pull up TheSilphRoad to find specific information...all I have to do is turn on GORanger and the information I’m looking for is probably there. My favorite feature so far is the Active and Upcoming Events section that tells every legendary raid or whatever other events are happening. Keep up the great work!

I use GORanger all the time to double-check research rewards and see what events are going on. I’d really love to support it and go ad-free (especially considering I’m always using it on mobile data), but I’m not going to subscribe at $3 a month. I’d gladly pay $5 or even $10 for a permanent ad-free mode, but instead I’m stuck with ads. Hopefully this will be reconsidered.

GORanger creates a wonder of information in one place. There is information regarding events (with countdowns), shiny Pokémon, research rewards, and raids (and more is planned). And it also provides relevant links to even more information (specifically about raids). This has already saved me 3 trips to the internet to figure some Pokémon Go related info in the last hour alone...tis a good app. (Also, the developer is actively taking feedback and making it better...hype.)

GORanger used to be a go to reference for up to date raid lists and research rewards. Loved being able to keep track of shinies. Lately though GORanger won’t open, just sits on the opening screen. Hope an update is coming soon.

After removing GORanger , clearing it from purchase history, and downloading GORanger again I am able to open GORanger and use it again!

It would be nice to have a yearly option to remove ads or even a .99 monthly remove ads option. I want to support but I do not like this being a subscription.

I had GORanger when it was first released and it truly was a god send for PoGo players! It is very neat and organized with several helpful features for events such as community days and raids. I started playing PoGo again, and went to re-download GORanger . When I opened it, I was sad to see it hasn’t been updated in at least a year :(

GORanger has saved me a lot of guessing when it comes to Raid battles, research tasks and the like. However, getting GORanger to actually open past the loading screen really grinds my gears. No matter how many times I force close GORanger on WiFi or cellular data it doesn’t work. It’s so hit or miss.

I’ve had issues with the iPhone 7 Plus and now with the newer XR. Doesn’t seem to make a difference. Please fix it guys, GORanger is too good!

Go ranger is a very good concept when it comes to being used in conjunction with Pokémon Go, it could be the best companion app for the game if it were not for the fact that it takes to long for it to be updated for the new “stuff” for example raid bosses, their current line up for raid bosses are not the same as the raids that are currently available. If GORanger would be more regularly updated to coincide with the game it would be five stars without a doubt.

I used to love GORanger so much when the creator used to keep up with it. Definitely my favorite Pokémon go support app. It had everything from upcoming events to active research tasks and rewards to having a personal checklist for which Shiny/shadow/purified/regionals/unown letters etc. that you’ve collected. I’d love to see GORanger come back, it was seriously the best.

The sample screen shots are inaccurate now as advertising has been added and there is no option to remove it. I would pay for GORanger but I will not tolerate advertising in apps and I especially don’t appreciate the bate and switch of adding advertising after the fact. Uninstalling until an ad free option exists.

Love it. A little slow to load on start up but the only problem with GORanger has been that. See a LOT of potential for GORanger. Please keep it up and have more features so we get all the info we need in a centralized location! Great job!

GORanger is an extremely useful accompaniment to Pokémon GO! It’s intuitive and easy to use. I used to have to comb through chat groups and memes to get all of this info, now it’s all available in one place. Thanks to whoever created this!

GORanger is fantastic. Or at least, it was when I could get it to work. Great features, perfect for a completing like myself. However, there's been a glitch or something where it will not open past the splash screen. Please fix! I miss using GORanger!

Helpful for any PokemonGo player. The lists of raid boss counters, max CP for raid bosses, and countdowns for current and future events are all great tools to have at such ease of access. And it’s free, what’s there to complain about? Hopefully the programmer can keep it up to date easily!

Provides useful info on events. Also would like you to add all the historical events the game had. There is very little info under past events.

Amazing app! It’s super helpful for Pokémon nerds such as me to play Pokémon go really well and be able to know events, what’s hatching, etc. However, it seems like some of the stuff needs to be updated... for example: GORanger says that the reward for “take a snapshot of your buddy” is a snover (possibly shiny) but i just completed it for the daily stamp and it wasn’t a snover. It was a zubat... my sister had the same one and had the same result. Things should just be updated a bit otherwise I absolutely love GORanger!
