Playing in guilds is the best part of this game, which is fun and has nice graphics. However, the wait times between being able to help teammates are too long. The three hour waiting time takes the momentum out of the team play. Players tend to just log off. Also, having to replay one location to gain points for the guild to progress becomes very boring. That has really dampened my enthusiasm for the game. I’m looking forward to new chapters and having these issues remedied.

I enjoyed this game, until Easter Sunday 2021, when I messaged my guild and my comment about Jesus was blocked out with ##### any reference to our Lord and savior and God get’s blocked out. I sent a message to support actually I sent 3 messages and after a week no response regarding this issue was made by the support team. I deleted my participation to my guild and association with this game. I had been on this game for 4 months after Ravenhill was shut down and this was the first time any part of my message was omitted. This was my personal decision but I will warn you if anything or anyone blocks your ability to claim Jesus in your life and you continue participating is just like denying him.

I love this game but it has been a long while since I contacted customer service when my game crashed. I was told they would send everything I lost via email. I have told them several times that after my game crashed I was unable to play with a guild so there is NO EMAIL. I asked them if there was any way to get the guild feature back without having to download the game again and once again lose everything. I have not been contacted and I still can’t do anything ! Very frustrated!

Don't bother. There is a forced tutorial for a game that is ridiculously easy. Give an option to turn the tutorial off or stop making these awful games. Not interesting or engaging. Poor story line. Graphics are decent which makes the rest of the game more disappointing because nothing else lives up to the good graphics. Very glitchy. Yes, lots of games are glitchy, but if it makes your game impossible to play, then you have some serious work to do before presenting your work to the public. Do a bad job, get bad reviews.

I was willing to give the developers a chance with this game. i have been playing as a member of a high ranked guild since January. It was showing some real promise in spite of numerous glitches and continued problems with accessing the game. The latest update was the final straw for me and many of my guild members.

In what I assume is a plan to increase their revenue, after rolling out a subscription service to increase energy, all the locations required significantly more energy to access and consequently made it more difficult to complete required tasks for the competition. Also, many of the technical problems with the game are still there. Those problems should have been corrected before trying to change the game play requirements.

The game is no longer enjoyable to play and has become a source of frustion for me and my fellow players. I see no point in continuing to play this game.

I migrated to Eldritchwood from Seekers Notes via Ravenhill. Prior to last 2 updates, I would have given this game 4 stars. The developers don’t seem to be able to add a feature without messing up the basic game. For example, success in quests and guild competitions depends on interaction and cooperation. This requires a functional chat that allows guild members to communicate. Been playing for almost a year. Have yet to experience a glitch-free “upgrade”. I love the game concept and have enjoyed playing, but I am searching for a new game. This one has become too frustrating.

A couple of days ago, Eldrichwood failed to load, or rather it loaded to 50%, then stopped. I tried again, then rebooted and tried again and it just opened to the 50% loaded screen.

I then offloaded HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood and took the option to reinstall. Launching HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood went to 50% again and hung. So I offloaded HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood and deleted HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood , which of course, deleted HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood and the offload (my mistake).

I installed HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood , but now it loads as a new player (not what I want)

I see in my cloud storage HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood was backed up, but I see no way to restore just HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood, I would have to delete all content on my device and restore the entire backup, and I have reservations about taking this option (plus, if successful, wouldn’t that just put me back at the 50% hung issue?)

What options do I have in getting my profile back and working?I like the game but I can’t play it, so I can’t give it a high score just now.

I loved it but the glitches won’t let me play and I wrote the support team and I’m frustrated because they haven’t respond. When I installed the update a while ago in the middle of doing it it froze so I did it again. From that moment I haven’t been able to p,ay. Maybe some files are corrupted. I don’t want to delete it and re install it because I will loose my progress. Unless you can help me reinstalling it so I can continue with my game.

I would give this game five stars if it WORKED right consistently. It is beautiful and clever with just the right amount of challenge. Crooto is responsive to suggestions and has made improvements, but it is still buggy. Sometimes it’s little things like earning a reward that doesn’t seem to count. Today ALL CHAT IS GONE. This is more than a social issue because you can’t complete some of the tasks without other players. Crooto, did you create a game that you can’t maintain?

The storyline is amazing. Why did it stop!? It stopped me at level 23. Says to wait for more levels. It’s been a month! Other people are farther than me. Why can’t I continue to play until I get to where there are no more levels. People keep joining our guild and leaving because they can’t play anymore and get tired of waiting. Please help!!

Now I can’t even get HiddenObjectsofEldritchwood to load….

I loaded this game yesterday and got to the required L5 to join a guild. I joined one with a bunch of friends, then started adding them as friends, but then could not open the Blue Rose Lane, which means I could not progress. So, I deleted & reloaded today, and I’m again having probs in BRL; after I complete a search, the room won’t close and I don’t get credit for completing it, plus I have to close the game and re-enter to get past it. Not impressed so far.

Since your last update I haven’t been able to play. As I enter the game and go to the new location as indicated by the arrow. I click on the new location and I get kicked out of the game. I’m playing on iPhone.
What the heck is going on. I am very frustrated. I like playing the game and finally found my guild that moved from raven hill. Your help is much appreciated

Fun game, excellent graphics and fast moving. There are still some glitches that are guild has found but I’m sure they are working on them. There are areas that need improvement such as they should have a game support, when a task is done in the guild you should be notified, 3 hours to reset in the guild is to long when sending help especially since it shuts down all 3 categories and there should be a notification when guild members request help.

I love it so far. My guild from Ravenhill came over together and I think we will be happy here! It’s a new game so I know it will get even better. Graphics are beautiful. Biggest down side is you can only request once every 4 hours between energy, Collections and Fixers so it’s difficult to help your guild.

When will there be more chapters to this game? I enjoy playing but am no longer have chapters to go further.

I received the updates but went through the chapters in no time. It has been awhile now that it says more updates but on the way. I hope it’s soon as it’s very frustrating not to be able to play.

Please consider lowering the price for the Royal Pass. Popular games like this one only charge $4.99 for their version. Another popular one used to charge higher like you do and once they lowered it down to $4.99, many more people started purchasing. Members of our guild there that had never purchased before suddenly were purchasing at the lower price. Win win.

I hope I got the title right. But this is a great game I really love it and I love my club but since I did the update I haven’t been able to play for 2 days I’m disabled and it helps pass the hours I tried to report a problem but it wouldn’t go through I hope you can help me and then it would be a 5 star rating I’ve been playing for a year and a half and I even bought the subscription

This game is so beautiful and the graphics are so fun. There’s absolutely no problems for me yet but I just started. The only thing I would want to add is a way to look back at your progress. Like a chosen ones journal. Examples what happened in the intro, why did billy go missing, and where did you find him. Also bios for the characters would be a nice add too.

This game has many positive features. No annoying popups trying to get you to spend money. There are challenges where you can purchase for money for better rewards but reasonably priced. Guilds allow 50 which allows all your friends to join. Always many different events or challenges going on. No boredom! Rooms are large and light enough and items to find are large enough so this game is doable for all ages and eyesights! Also the glitches which we expect will occur are worked out in a somewhat timely manner. Only request is to add a help guide to tell how you can best play to meet objectives. Overall though you get five stars and a big thank you from me!

I have been playing for many months now. Today asked me to update and now doesn’t work. I deleted it and downloaded it again and still didn’t work. Really love the game please fix it
