Happy Color Status

It takes a long time to load and it lags while trying to use the app.

Happy color is freezing up on me. I use a Samsung galaxy S 22 ultra. It freeze while coloring. I can still scroll thru colors and click on the button to add hints but it freezes everything else

This app keeps freezing when I'm coloring a picture then I gotta go back to the main page and click on the picture again and it does it a lot on just one picture. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my phone, restarted my phone, etc. And NOTHING helps tye problem. I only have this problem with this app none of the other apps does this. Please help or fix it!!!!

I am having problems with Happy color, while I am trying to color a picture, it moves than freezes, doesn’t let me color and it is slower than it used to be. What is going on? Hope you can fix this for me. Thank you.

I was working on Daily picture when it froze. I shut my kindle down and turned it back on. Now when I click on Happy Color it acts like it is starting up but after the flower is colored it stops. I have had trouble with it freezing as I am working on a picture. I love this game. It was the first coloring game I've done and my favorite. Please fix whatever glitch is causing this. Thank you!

Won't let me get lives

No Ad available. Try again later. Keep getting this same message and I can no longer get any hints. Any recommendations?

I'm 80 years young and have done jig saw puzzles all my life, but unable to now so discovered HAPPY COLOR and was so HAPPY.....everything was five until the updated apt and know it takes several times to load and then just freezes up as I'm enjoying the picture. Can somethings be done about it. I don't mind the ads and have even bought some things because of them. Hope this can be solved as I'm really enjoying it while I'm connected but not so when I have to close up and come back to it later. Sincerely: Thank you Dorothy Swerline

Sight does not go beyond icon. Pictures do not connect.

When I am coloring! It will lock up. It does this every few minutes. What could be the problem? Thanks

Keeps freezing and having to reboot even after re install.

My iPhone overheats and locks up while I am playing the game. It also slows down response time I love the game but I can’t keep it on my phone which pisses me off cuz I play it all the time. Please fix your problems fast

My Happy Color App is not working properly. It is slow to respond; then if I do not finish, and try to go back and complete the picture it will not let me continue. Then it goes black. Thanks for your help.

I was coloring happily then the screen went dark except a circle icon when clicked says vungle privacy. 1st time this has happened and I’ve been using it for years. I love the app! Please bring it back.

The app creases or freezes! Having to reboot kindle! Have cleared cache and done force stop a few times! Had problems a while back and it got better but now it’s bad again! Freezes up on every picture I try to color!

Happy Color kept crashing, locking up and I was having to reboot my tablet constantly. Even uninstalled and pre-installed only to have the same problem over and over. I finally went to: paint-by-numbers.en.uptotown.com/android/versions and pick an older version of Happy Color then what I had on my tablet. For example 2.11.4 and I download and installed it. Now I get to play Happy Color again with no problems. When I start the game it tells me there is a newer version available and I say l will upgrade later and continue to enjoy my game with no more problems, hope this helps others.

Screen is frozen

My happy color app won't give me any new ads or hints. Every time I click the little lightbulb it says no ads available try again later. And it has been saying that for weeks now. Extremely frustrating!!

Happy Color constantly freezes then closes and reboots by itself. I've tried everything from clearing cache to reinstall stalling and the problem still persists.

Downloaded Happy Color for the second time .locked and freezes . will not move why is this happening?

was having a problem with Bluestack crashing so I disconnected it and reinstalled it but now Happy Color picture does not let me increase or decrease the size of the picture I am coloring. I can not see the smallest detail of the picture. Originally that capability was available to enlarge picture and made visibility easy by touching the little square to expand picture. please help, I love this app

It takes FOREVER to load. Didn't used to have this problem when I first started using the app.

This used to be my favorite app. Now I can only use it for about ten minutes, and then it freezes up. When it freezes, my whole tablet is difficult to power down and restart. Finally, I get the tablet to reboot, and then I can play Happy Color again, but only for about ten minutes. Then we go through the whole process again. Please fix this!

It is completely frozen not able to color as soon as it comes online

After about 10 minutes in the app the past month the colors freeze and you can't color in a space or move the the screen. I have to hold the power button down to restart my tablet. I swear this happens every 10 minutes. Extremely frustrating. Why is it doing this all of a sudden and how can it get resolved?
