Just plain wrong

Just purchased and compared to one for Tides already using; its measurements are simply incorrect. And actually going to the beach it is soo wrong. I use it almost daily to determine where to walk. Bought it because Iām tired of ads on the app I have been using.
In conclusion this app has been quite useless to me. Perhaps someone can tell me what has gone wrong?
45 minutes and still loading!

Worked very well until recently, now just keeps loading. Have tides changed that much in the past 2 weeks?
Tidal height estimates completely off

The app is predicting a -4.0 tide on Jan 9th in the SF Bay but all other tide charts are showing a -0.5 low tide. This is especially dangerous when inaccuracies dealing with high tides can cause individuals to make plans assuming the data is accurate.
