Not happy with this app!

I downloaded this app on my phone as well as on my son’s iPad. After I configured my account, I tried configuring a child’s account but kept being told that the email address was already in use although the app asks for my name, my child’s name and my email address. I could not find any other directions on setting up his account so I created a separate account using his email address but now the s
6-month subscription that I purchased is not linked to his email address and I don’t want purchase another. Additionally, I can call him from my phone using the app but I cannot get the sound to work. I have checked all the settings and voice and video are both enabled.
I think it’s a great concept if it worked but After several hours of trying to get it to work...I just want a refund!!
TOO EXPENSIVE & OTHER APPS REASONABLE

Too much money, it should only be half the price for all 3 options. I believe if your prices were reasonable you would be able to get so many customers. Lots of people cannot afford such high prices. You have to realize you are not the only app out there so there are more options and if you don’t make it reasonable and affordable you risk losing customers. As of now, I am not willing to pay that price at all.
There is a app called Bunch and it gives a ton more options and games as well. No one has to settle for big prices.

My five year old grandson and I have been having so much fun playing on Together until the last two days when it has been stuttering and freezing intermittently making it impossible to complete games and have a coherent chat. I don’t know if that has something to do with my internet, which is working fine with FaceTime, or if the program is getting overloaded with users. If the latter, I hope they can fix it so we can all continue to keep having fun with it uninterrupted. Great when it works!
