Update: So they did fix something where my stats fully load. But now IG made me change my password and blocked my account for a week saying that “sharing your account with a device that helps you get more likes goes against Community Guidelines.” Even though FollowersPro doesn’t do that, they have jeopardized my account already. DO NOT LOGIN TO FollowersPro!!!

Used to work but after the last IG update, starts don’t even load. I’m paying monthly for Pro and it never loads past 71%. Can’t unfollow or follow anyone. I get an error message saying the action is blocked. Junk! Canceling and deleting.

FollowersPro is so frustrating. I use it for my business pages and I find that I have to sign in every other day. My info is not saved (despite checking that option) and in the process, it freezes mid log in... so I’ll get the email notifying me I allowed access, but I’m stuck on the same page. I’ve contacted them before, multiple times, about the constant log ins, but I never received an answer. Overall, I’d rather pay a bit more to monitor the accounts. This one is far from accurate and I’d often have to double check, as it would have me unfollow people who were followers as well as not update right away. I’d see a change in numbers and then not be notified of who I lost until several hours later. Find a better app!

*Update* Contacted customer support 3 days ago and have received no response. I guess it’s time to delete FollowersPro and kiss the remaining 8 months of my premium subscription goodbye. App now only tracks total followers, which I could get simply looking at my account. All premium features are disabled. Buyer Beware: if you’re going to go premium, DO NOT pay for a year in advance. Pay month-to-month, because if there’s anyone monitoring the customer support email account, I can’t tell.

FollowersPro is honestly terrible. They get users to make fake reviews by offering a free 1 month membership for a good review and then never give them their membership. Most of the features don’t work, or are janky at best, I have to re login multiple times a week, and there have been several times where I got completely blocked from making posts for a week, hindering my business significantly. Steer clear of FollowersPro if you’re serious about running a business through Instagram. This will only cause you headaches

I liked FollowersPro, and then suddenly I couldn’t follow or unfollow people in FollowersPro . The button was just gone. I tried upgrading to premium with the free trial, and the button was still gone. I cancelled the trial immediately and then later in the day got an email saying I was charged for a subscription! Again, I had the free trial. Started it and cancelled it in the same day.

The subscription system is buggy and there are features missing that should be there.

Update: I saw other people said the same thing about the free trial. The free trial doesn’t work. It charged immediately

This was my favorite followers app, until several functions stopped working right after I bought the paid version. I discovered that FollowersPro support email address is invalid, and there is no way to communicate or get any help. Sad.
Another year since I wrote the above comment, and there Is still no support or communication. I PAID for it, but will not again.

FollowersPro has some nice features and does allow you to see who has unfollowed you, who doesn’t follow you back, all that. I paid for the yearly subscription so I could connect multiple accounts which was nice. However, after a while it no longer allowed me to follow or unfollow people from within FollowersPro which is one of the main features I used. It said “action restricted,” however when I actually went onto Instagram it let me continue following and unfollowing people so I wasn’t actually blocked. I don’t know why, but that severely diminished the functionality of FollowersPro for me and given it’s a $10 subscription I am disappointed.

I had the previous version, which I held onto and resisted upgrading until I got a new device because I hate subscription pricing. So finally I have in and decided I'd try a year. This new version is prettier, I'll grant you rusty, but there's no real new useful new functionality that the old version didn't have. Worse, the new version is slow, slow, slow as molasses when updating my Twitter follower statistics. (I have just under 20K followers.) I literally launch FollowersPro , walk away a few minutes, and come back to see the results. It's that slow.

Unless the usability is improved at least to that of the previous version and significant new useful functionality added, I highly doubt that I will be renewing my subscription when it expires next year. I'm already looking for alternatives. It's a shame, because FollowersPro used to be really good.

The more followers you get sometimes FollowersPro won't work for you and will take a while for FollowersPro to allow you to unfollow and follow people again, without your account in FollowersPro clashing.

Also, the more followers you get the longer it will take to load your account.

Other than these issues, this is a fantasist app!!! I have been using it for at least two years.

The new update with FollowersPro is working as it was before. FollowersPro is perfectly fine now. Only feature it has that doesn’t actually work is the “who’s blocking” me—but that was like this before the update that caused FollowersPro to crash. You only can see who’s blocking you if you go to the person’s profile & see on Twitter yourself, then it updates on FollowersPro .

The gesture is misleading, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. With the new update, FollowersPro is once again showing me who is and isn’t following.

Honestly, I tend to stay away from these types of apps; mostly cuz I think all are scams and spams but said why not try anyway. I downloaded a bunch of these apps and deleted the ones that were gawd awful. Surprisingly, this was not one of those. For FollowersPro, this has features that you would have to buy in a few apps I downloaded which is a main reason why I love FollowersPro. I you want to unlock the rest of the other features, you do have to pay for those, but for the free features, it certainly gets the job done! Love FollowersPro-sincerely, Carlos R. Sch

So far FollowersPro is working great. Better than the last one I had. It did however log me out of both of my accounts and now I can only log into one at a time. I find that extremely annoying. It now wants me to pay and that is just not going to happen. I run a few businesses and they require I track the things on FollowersPro. I wish that could be fixed. Other than that, FollowersPro is pretty legit.

I sincerely like the ability to track your followers and without why gimmicks and the ability to get the exact time. The actual app is sleek designed and absolutely stunning and much better then the rest of the so called free ones. If looking for an app with these powerful insights and abilities download it. 5 stars

It gives me control over my twitter so I don’t have to be on it all the time such a time saver. It also tells me whom is following, unfollowing and whom I’m not following. It allows me to easily check there profile and easily go back FollowersPro. It also posts for me so I don’t have to worry about it. So many great things check it out for yourself.

I watch how fast the response time is. I don’t do a business so I would probably not afford to keep it as subscription but wish I could in these political times it is interesting to see how a statement and freedom of speech is impacting social media platforms I like to get to a point of just seeing reciprocated followers.

FollowersPro does everything you need it to do at the lowest cost I could find for a basic user. Follow back and unfollow back with ease. Know what’s working and what isn’t with your posts. See who helps you out with ease. Considering the options, this is the best bang for your buck for the basic user.

I really do love the functionality and everything it provides. I can easily transfer between accounts. My only issue is that it is slow to load sometimes but I am sure this will improve with updates.

It’s nice for someone like me who runs a social networking business to know when people follow and unfollow, and when they do this. I can tailor my content to what typically drives people to my page, and avoid content that causes people to unfollow. Very useful app!

Does exactly what it claims, however you have to pay for many of the features. That being said, it’s extremely useful when growing your account. I use it on Tumblr. Plus, they said they’ll give me a free month subscription if I write this review which is pretty cool.
