My application doesn't have any where to punch in for work, nor do I have access to input my direct deposit information's ,please help

Something Went Wrong" every time I open the app.

I reinstalled RH App 2 times. will not allow me to sign in at all. It just says "Something Went Wrong" every time I open the app.
