Adore has turned a fun game, that is already expensive to play well, into an even more expensive version. Each update is a disaster! The tech team cannot seem to pull it together. Lockouts are frequent, losing items you have earned is normal and Adore does nothing to fix. Very difficult for new team members to succeed in competitions. Lots of teams considering standing down for a spell. Money seems to be all that Adore listens to. I would give 5 stars if based on the fun of a team and the tasks in HiddenObjects itself however the cost just keeps increasing even as the ability to gift items to new players decreases. The technical glitches never stop I have decided just to stop paying. I do not believe that you can reach experienced levels on free play alone. I have quit other games when developers got too greedy and will move on again. Adore shoots themselves in the foot. I have played over two years now.

I have written many emails and haven't been answered back, we have lost many players due to the glitchy updates and levels lost constantly! Not to mention we spend alot of time and energy to win prizes that we now need to pay for! How crazy is that! I still haven't gotten my friends gift request fixed, I gift them and they return within a few hours over and over, been dealing with that for over a year. I spend enough money on this game! It's ridiculous how you want us to pay more and nothing is being fixed! Yet there's an update every darn week. Get it together Adore! I don't wanna hear you have thousands of emails to answer.

This used to be a great game and still has the potential to be so again. The most recent update has become a money grab by Adore. With every new update they take more away and give us a little less, unless you want to spend money.
I don’t understand why you would not treat your players better, you make it harder to earn gems required to play the game competitively but you make sure that you offer us plenty of opportunities to buy them.
I don’t mind spending money to support the game but it is beginning to get ridiculous.
You now require us to buy tools with gems instead of asking your friends to send them to you which of course is going to make us spend more money to buy gems to play. Please fix this Adore! It is going to be bad for your game, you are going to lose players which is going to hit you in the wallet.

First let me say I did love playing this game. Great graphics, good games and a good storyline. My team members are the best. However, the developers are just about to price themselves out and lose many players. Every time there is an update, you can bet there will be a significant price increase in the game. And it is not just a slight increase, it is doubled. i.e. the Owl game. It has consistently cost $4.99 to get the upgrade to play. It has been increased to $9.99. Seriously? And if you don’t use the upgrade, the prizes are not worth it. And this is only one example. Sorry, I refuse to pay that. And I’m sure I am not the only player who feels this way.

I know the developers don’t care at all that players are leaving, but I am so disappointed in how they steadily increase their prices. This is a prime example of “greed.”

This game has frequent issues with updates. This time it has caused “Loading Error…Quit Game” every time I try to open the game. The game played fine yesterday, but this morning when I tried to open it the game downloaded 398MB, then would never load successfully again.
I have deleted the game, rebooted my device, then reinstalled from App Store. Same result…as soon as that 398MB download occurs, the “Loading Error” happens, with “Quit Game” being the only option allowed. This happens on both my iPad and iPhone.
I post this as a review because Support never responded to my email with the last problem one of their updates caused.
I will not be starting this game from the beginning. If the developers can’t fix this current problem, then I’m done with it.

This game used to be great. Then the developers decided they wanted more money. What has followed is a series of updates that keep breaking the game. You buy a vip pass for greater rewards during a tournament, then the next day the effort to earn making the points needed increases by 1/3. A fifty round event goes to 90, Then done to 60, without the prize everyone played for. And each update breaks another part of the game. Spend all day on a task and the servers go down.

I’ve been getting 12 hr tasks at 10pm for over a month. So I can’t get anywhere in the game ever spending money. And this game costs a lot of money. Pop ups to purchase from them after every scene. That’s often every thirty seconds.

More importantly it has become Impossible to get those little reward endorphin boosts without spending lots of hard cash. $60 a month minimum. And when you spend that, still a pop up every thirty seconds to spend more.

It has been impossible to get a response from tech support for months. No matter what your loses, dead silence. I went from team leadership to thinking I should just delete.

I stopped playing other games because they were less interesting than Coastal Hill. I love the camaraderie with the general chat and the friends system. It is a game that I can enjoy with my sister, even though she lives 3000 miles away. That being said, the algorithms used by this developer do not foster loyalty in players. As soon as Adore noticed that I was willing to spend a little money in the game the prices increased exponentially. I splurged on a $25 offer — big mistake. Now I get nothing but $50 and $70 offers. Adore, I can and am willing to spend a few dollars, but I cannot and will not spend $50 on your game every week. I know that spending is optional. I would be more inclined to spend on cheaper packages, even if they do not include as many bonuses. Then there is Version 1.21.1 that was just released a few days ago. You can no longer help your friends by gifting weapons to them. The cost (in in-game currency) for some items have doubled, tripled, quadrupled, or more, depending on the player and some weird algorithm that Adore is using. So disappointing when I have been playing only 3 months. I thought that I would be able to enjoy this game for a long time. Instead I am wondering if I will be able to sustain my interest after this latest update.

This game is the best… fun, always something to do, chat rooms available for asking game questions and visiting, but when something goes wrong, ADORE shirkes it’s responsibilities. Glitches happen often in the game, and sometimes after people have spent money for upgrades (VIP) and/or after many of our resources have been used playing but tech support does nothing to apologize or make amends. It’s so bad, that if you write and ask for help, you're more likely to be ignored, than anything else. A couple weeks ago they made some big upgrades and the roll out was a tough one, lots of glitches and updates needed. During one of those updates I never received my winnings for my guild’s top ranking in the tournament and I have written 4 letters with screenshots as proof, but still no resolution. So please, play this wonderful game, but do so knowing that tech support is primarily a figment of your imagination and help from them is non-existent.

I had a hard time figuring out the goals and tools, there isn’t much instruction, but I play other HOGs so I knew how to do that. I really enjoy the side games of ‘Clutter’ and ‘Mahjong’. The graphics are good, but the drop rate of items you need to complete the game quests is HORRIBLE! You have to play a site 3/4 times to get the item you need (you need 5 items to complete a quest), and you use 50+ in energy each time. You can’t get past banishing a few monsters a day and the drop rate for weapons needed is worse than quests!! (Even with the current update!) I did enjoy and will play my side games, but am giving up on regular play. The straw was them changing and making us have to banish a monster to get our FREE friend gifts, that had been part of our daily freebies. It’s supposed to be fun, not fun anymore.

I put this game down is 1) I have to go to work or 2) I run out of energy. The graphics are amazing. Game play is fun. And so far, the storyline is pretty good. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the chest that holds our goodies can be confusing on how to use. If I have something that defeats a monster easily I wish it would give us that option to choose if we would like to use it. Potentially it does and I might have not had to rid this type of monster but I’ve been playing this for 2 days straight and I’ve come across quite a few different ones.
What a great escape from reality!

Most recent update has made this game very unpleasant and nearly I,possible to play. Many of my guild and friends in other guilds have lost their accounts and now all they have worked for. Spent money in etc; This needs FIXED ASAP . WAS VERY BAD. And if is not fixed with a newer update to make prices same for all players many will just delete and tell all of their guilds to do the same as well as anyone who asks them should I play….a resounding NO will happen. No more referring friends to download. So the developers need to put things right again! Have sent email to developer w/ no reply from them. 😡

Updated review- seems like adore is trying to fix things…still a lot of glitches but actually they seem to be listening more.

This game has a learning curve of a few days, but does keep your interest and has a fun weekly tournament. The key is having a well-organized rotation of gift giving players—a spreadsheet and some tracking is useful.

Losing a star because of fellow players who are bullies and use chat for terribly inappropriate conversation. The game creators haven’t given players the ability to block others, which is a sorely-needed function. Once that feature is available, the chat can return to usefulness as a source of building teams, knowledge, and a gift network.

Love this game. I’ve played all the popular hidden object games and this one is my favorite. I don’t understand the negative tech support comments. The support/player friendly service for this game is light years better (ime) than other HO games. The in game chat is also pretty great. As a new player, I would ask questions in the general chat and people from around the world would help me out. Then I realized you could change the chat, but that was pretty fun.

Love this game!! It’s hard to find a good hidden object games with great graphics. I just wish my coins would decrease so fast so I can upgrade on clothes. I also wish you could interact with the people more. What I don’t like is when your attacking a demon or fairy and you have to spin the wheel well you only push a button and some how it lands on killing me so I have to keep spending $700 at a time to kill it. Well it’s not a fair fight and then my coins are gone! Otherwise I love the game! I hope we get more updates so this game can keep getting better!

Fun game, challenging without being frustrating. I’ve been playing about 3 months now and it’s a great game. Lots of variety, great graphics, never boring. Update, been playing now 2.5 yrs and still love this game. It's always interesting and the developers keep updating and changing the game to keep it fresh and challenging. Also the fun you make with team your on is pretty amazing. I'm on a team with people from all over the world and all languages are translated, it's an interesting way to meet new friends.

Decided to try this game on a whim and it’s a very cool game. Even though my iPad may start screaming at me to start unloading some apps lol. I haves 256gb iPad Air gen 4 and I only use it for games and it’s completely full almost because anytime a game is recommended if it looks interesting I will download it and see how it is. My fiancé laughs because I have 11 games I play daily no exceptions and then I play on these other ones to. We will see if this makes it into my daily list of games if so then I will have 12 I play daily.

This game is awesome! It’s free so long as you can handle not buying anything but you can if you want, the amount of items you have to find changes around with how far you get with each quest sometimes you have to enlarge the picture so you can see something but that’s part of the fun.
I got this game about an hour ago and I love it I think I’m at level 3 and the energy just increases with each level. Sometimes you earn energy as a nice little boost. No problems here but you may want to know to expect some of the scenes to use different amounts of energy so if you’re low on it you may want to be picky about what scene you want to play until you can get more energy. Its a really cool app. 🌟

I’ve been playing this game for about a year now and I really enjoy it. It wish it didn’t take so long to collect tickets for the home improvements, etc but it keeps you coming back! If you play continuously, you’ll quickly build money and energy from participating in the tournaments, etc. I love when new locations open up, and when updates are made and the hidden objects are in new places. Sometimes I’ll buy discount packs for more energy and extras but purchases are not necessary. I play every night before bed!

I originally put a 1 star due to frustration of earned items. Yet, I need to apologize since figured out the problem, was me and not game. Yet, a couple months of only getting auto response reply to numerous emails I sent was frustrating, if only some one replied and explained. That would of been helpful! :) I still give you 5 stars, it is a great game! Love the tournaments, the variety of many areas and types of games. Especially, appreciate the work of giving special events & holiday events. Many games do not do this, so I very much appreciate that you do.

I love this game and can’t wait to play it everyday! It is never boring as there are so many different games and variations within the game. It has a lot of different ways to earn energy and other goodies to decorate your home and complete collections. You never have to watch a commercial unless you choose it to be able to earn even more coins. There have been some glitches but the team corrects them as quickly as they can.
