Before EmailSignaturePro, I spent countless hours researching, downloading, and trying to figure out how to create a functional, sleek, and modern business email signature, without a whole lot of success.

If you’ve worked with email signature creation, you know that trying to implement and streamline many of the features can be incredibly frustrating.

The signature I needed is the html style, so that my clients can click on the icons to access my email, social media links, etc.

EmailSignaturePro was incredibly easy to use (compared to other apps and efforts I had tried). That being said, I still had a few optimization questions about EmailSignaturePro , and so I reached out to it’s curator, Chris White.

From the beginning, Chris was kind, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to help me figure out the optimizations. Multiple times, he would respond back to me within minutes of having sent him an email. And even sent me multiple links for tutorial videos he’d created and such.

As someone who is not extremely computer savvy I was a bit intimidated at first about how to create my email signature. I followed the template and when I got stumped on an issue I reached out via the “feedback” button.
Chris, EmailSignaturePro ’s developer, replied almost instantly. He was extremely patient and helpful with me. He walked me through the proper steps and made it so easy. Never have I seen such wonderful support anywhere! The overall experience of EmailSignaturePro deserves more than 5 stars. Well done!!!

I struggled with instructions on the web to create an email signature with image on my iPhone. Even apple forums were not forthcoming with a solution. Found this program and finally got results. Discovered some additional features was not expecting in addition to image support EmailSignaturePro allows for changing line number, font size and color and adding icons next to phone and email links. Developer responded quickly to question about image placement. Very happy :)

Used EmailSignaturePro to create two email signatures for my mobile emails. Very easy and worked seamlessly. Recently had an issue with images not loading and contacted Chris for advice. He responded immediately with suggestions. As it turned out it had nothing to do with EmailSignaturePro itself at all but just an Apple bug that was easily fixed. However, I do appreciate the excellent and speedy support from Chris. Thank you!

If you are having trouble getting images to appear, there is most likely an issue with how your hosting the image, this was my problem. The gist is that you need a clean link to the image with no other junk on the website, IMAGE ONLY! Or EmailSignaturePro will get confused and show a blank image. Just get in touch with EmailSignaturePro creator and he will help you out. Very quick responses!

The signatures work as designed and the developer is very responsive.

For those who are upset about paying a subscription I mean… what’s free these days? If you don’t pay for something it means you and your data are the payment. Also you get what you pay for. Look at Facebook… worst product and it’s ‘free’

After having so many issues getting my iPhone 11 to show our logo in my signature, I downloaded EmailSignaturePro. I am NOT computer savvy so I immediately emailed Chris who makes his email public and offered for assistance. He answered me immediately and assisted me with all my questions. My signature now shows our logo and I’m thrilled. Fantastic App. Thank you!!

What an awesome app! Creating custom HTML signatures is a snap. Each icon in the signature is clickable to a website or phone number you designate. I had one question and emailed the developer and within one minute i had a reply with the answer to my question. Awesome app and excellent customer service! Thank you. Oliver

I have been in search for professional email signature creator and tried several apps, I settled with EmailSignaturePro. I created my first email signature and loved it. The developer is very reactive and would help if you need it. I would suggest to see more signature templates rather than one shoe fits all.

After countless hours searching on the Internet with NO LUCK, I found EmailSignaturePro!!

Thank God I did because it was the most frustrating thing trying to figure out on my own.

EmailSignaturePro is updated and with a cleaner gui getting the layout your after is better.
Yoi can copy and paste it into EmailSignaturePro you use most.

Had a few issues with compatibility, got them fixed ASAP. Awesome app just gets better.

This is a fantastic app which makes something super hard much more manageable. Make yourself a professional signature for all your Apple devices. There is a learning curve but be patient and it will provide a great new look. The developer is super responsive but make sure to read through the tutorial.

Don’t forget you have to shake to undo after you past the signature into the mail settings under signature. You’ll see “Undo Change Attributes” and you have to tap the “undo” button. If you miss this step, it won’t be formatted properly. This is an Apple thing, not a developer thing.

I have had EmailSignaturePro for a few years now, and recently there was some updates, and EmailSignaturePro wasn’t working properly. I emailed EmailSignaturePro support, and Chris responded. And this guy is fast at getting things fixed and resolved. I have never experienced such amazing support from an app developer before. Thanks, Chris; you are awesome, and I hope EmailSignaturePro gets more recognition as it’s an amazing app.

First, get EmailSignaturePro if you want to have a professional and clickable email signature! It's so easy to use and the paid version gives all the flexibility you need to format something in line with your brand.

Second, kudos to the stellar customer service. I had a few questions before paying for EmailSignaturePro and Chris got right back to me with everything I needed to know. Then, when I ran into trouble getting the signature to format on my iPhone and adding it to Mac mail, he once again got me the answers I needed.

Spend the money for the paid version. It makes uploading and host graphics you might need a cinch. Plus, all of the social icons you could want are available. If they're not, Chris will add it! He added one for me.

I'm very happy with EmailSignaturePro and highly recommend. NO ONE has anything close. Thank you to Chris at Creative Greenlight for providing a much needed solution.
