I purchased this two days ago and it won’t install, I already turned the IPad off and on, uninstalled the app and installed again and nothing works, I email the developer but still no answer, my little one keeps asking why is not working and is so frustrating not being able to get this app to work.

I purchased the Fun Pack in the app for my girl. She still doesn’t have access to it. I have contacted them and they haven resolve my problem it has been 4 days and still nothing no fun pack very very disappointed. My girl checks the game every chance she gets and she gets really upset. I wish I could give you guys negative 5 stars this is really upsetting.

I also purchased the unlocked version -and the different game options continue to be locked. It’s very frustrating for my 5 year old, who doesn’t understand why the game doesn’t work. Even this morning it was locked, and there wasn’t any way to unlock it. Very frustrating.
