I ordered 2 Biancat sugar sense High Precision Glucose Monitoring Device. And I got2 Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. I was charged $79.20 which it was only $60.93 that was suppose to be only charged. I will not buy anything else till this gets straightened out
I have recived your shipment of 2 Baincat SugarSense High-Precision Gluose Monitoring Device, however what I recived was 2 Oximeter/ pulse meters. Not what was advertised on Facebook. I would like to return these for the advertised Glucose meters or a credit back to my card. Thank you, Dave

Let’s start, I said I didn’t have black heads, I struggled with acne, and I had good skin elasticity. But when it gave me the results it said the exact opposite! I also said I was oily in the T zone, which was the only thing they got correct. Being oily means my moisturizer can’t have any overly moisturizing ingredients. Let alone retinol!! And I bet you didn’t guess what it recommended for me, RETINOL AND PRODUCTS FOR DRY SKIN!! Anyone who said this app was even the tiniest amount of decent, clearly had a better experience than I did. And yes, this is a very upset review!! 1/5 would not recommend!! (My emojis aren’t working) *mad face*

App Support doesn’t work? Most apps let you send the developer a message. Also what does the white, turquoise & yellow stripes on chart mean?
I did see on ingredients where it says “Each slot represents quality of one ingredient, ordered from left ( the highest concentration) to right ( the lowest concentration)... but you should tell your viewers ~ “On a product label, the ingredients are listed in order of predominance, with the ingredients used in the greatest amount first, followed in descending order by those in smaller amounts.”
***Lastly after scanning one picture why can’t I click on Scan again to do another picture? It’s making me totally get out of the app and go back in to Scan another picture??

I literally said I’m that app that I’m 12 years old but then it recommend retinol for me… and there is NO signs of aging so idk why you would do that and they are literally saying my holy grail products aren’t good for me.. I would rather just have a really trusted person to look through the ingredients or you can search if the products are good or not, even without a dermatologist :)
