To Do List Daily Reminder 4 Reviews

Was looking for an app to do a bunch if things all in one for me. We can’t have it ALL so I took that into account when trying it. It’s pretty easy to navigate and understand the basic functions. When I try try to access Fancier moves like create more than 2 habits it asks me to upgrade to paid version. 😔 I will see if it’s a “can’t live without it” app before I hand over any $. Solid app!

Overall I love ToDoListDailyReminder4, but I only gave it 4 stars because I wish there was a “past due” indicator of some sort - Whether it be a “pass due” list above the “today” list or some type of red indicator next to the past due tasks. When I don’t complete tasks it currently just leaves them in the “today” section mixed in with all the other tasks for the day, with no visual indicator.

Really love the simplicity of the design, especially when it comes to habit tracking. Daily habits appear at the top in a bold circle, making them priority and fun to check off. Easy to use and lots of flexibility for repeat scheduling. I downloaded because I was looking for an alternative to my Wunderlist (RIP). I do wish there was a separate page for creating folders of static lists that don’t need scheduling, but I understand the overall approach of keeping it simple. Winner for me!

ToDoListDailyReminder4 has the (almost) perfect balance between features and complexity. I’ve been using the free version and it has enough features to give you a good feel for its capabilities. The cloud sync would be worth it if there was an iPad version of ToDoListDailyReminder4 ; any plans for that? Also, please consider evolving "lists" into a tags implementation, so that a task can be have multiple tags; I think this will make it a really powerful app. Thanks!

The UI takes a little bit of time to get used to. However, after that ToDoListDailyReminder4 is super easy to use and organized well. I really like how it tracks old tasks that you finished and allows you to customize almost everything. Great app and perfect for my todos.

ToDoListDailyReminder4 has helped me stay focused and organized very well. Only thing that’s missing is the ability to set habits for a certain # of times completed per week. Rather than only on certain days of the week. But that’s it!! Love ToDoListDailyReminder4 and it’s simple design makes staying organized appealing & easy.

The user experience for ToDoListDailyReminder4 blows other apps out of the water. If you want a one stop shop of calendars, making checklists, scheduling, and list making… this is ToDoListDailyReminder4 for you! The customization for personalization is a great touch! Well worth the money! A planner costs around $20 and this pays for itself in less than 2 years and is much more efficient than any paper bound planner! So much value added to my life for the price!!!! If you’re thinking about ToDoListDailyReminder4, you’re wasting your time because you should have already downloaded it!

I’ve tried numerous apps and I ultimately chose this one because of the design. It’s easy to reorganize the lists. I love how you can categorize your tasks and everything is color coded. I bought the lifetime feature of the recurring events because I find it handy. It’s easy on the eyes. I think the developers did an awesome job

I’m a naturally disorganized person and have tried several apps/planners to organize my day. ToDoListDailyReminder4 has a simple, user-friendly interface that allows the user to view daily, weekly, and future tasks. It also allows you to create reoccurring tasks, for those of us who appreciate routine. The habit tracker is also a nice addition.

Helps me keep track of my water intake, tummy time for my baby, monthly medications for pets, and weekly cleaning tasks around the house — all in one place.

I like that it creates like a schedule with reminders but also is like a checklist since with a newborn I’m hardly ever on schedule. With the checklist, it might not get done on time, but it still gets done.

Super helpful app when it comes to reminders and being productive. I’m very happy I found it.

I have tried using paper planners, the notes app, the reminder app, the calendar app, and nothing really meets my needs quite right. Tappsk is just what I need, nothing more, nothing less. It’s easy and user friendly. I love that I can create sub tasks and place tasks in different categories. It makes it easier to use for both work and personal life. Especially now that I’m working from home I needed a way to separate work and home. My work task list is hidden from my home screen so I don’t have to look at it while I’m not in “work mode.” I’ve been using it for less than a week, but I think it will help me for a long time.

Really love ToDoListDailyReminder4 , I’ve tried everything from paper calendars to some of the big names on ToDoListDailyReminder4 Store and this makes it so easy to use!

I love that I can put both my “to-do” lists and actual calendar events in one app! One thing I would like is if you could put a time function in the calendar, so that when I look at my day, I know what time things start instead of just knowing that it’s going to happen.

I'm on an iphone and the Calendar app is okay, but not great for managing multiple areas of your life. ToDoListDailyReminder4 has been fantastic for me. Allows me to replace multiple different apps (such as ones I have for keeping up on housecleaning tasks, managing garden watering, pet care, and grocery shopping, medication management -- previously all in different apps) into ONE app that is combined together with my calendar. Works great. Easy to use.

I like ToDoListDailyReminder4. I am working with it for a month now and I really love clean design. I’ve read an article that this routine app costs over 100k$! No way! I mean it’s cool and worth it. I hope you guys get more downloads soon. And whoever read this don’t be afraid to try ToDoListDailyReminder4.

I like that you can combine goal tracking, checklists, calendar schedules, reminders and habit making in one app. It’s very functional and clean at the time. Guys, I am gonna recommend your goal tracker to my friends. You are making a great job 👍👍👍

Not only is ToDoListDailyReminder4 easy and intuitive, but it has lots of ideas for starting new habits that I love and would not have considered until I saw them under the categories I was browsing. Oh... and the fact that there is categories for different type of habits it just super great and useful!

Maybe one improvement that I could think of would be the ability to set more then one reminder per habit. (I sometimes need to be nudged a few times. Lol)

I have not committed to any in-app purchase yet, but I think I am going to throw the switch. This one has simple categories and works the way I kept a list in a Levenger circa, but it has the convenience of being able to move things around.

It has categories for Home, Work, Shopping, Routine and Ideas. (The Ideas are hidden, so they do not clutter up the list of things one must do.) And it divides things between Tasks and Habits.

And they are presented to you on a Today, Tomorrow, This Week and Later Home Screen.

All color-coded and logically arranged.

The only very small downside I have found so far, is that I sometimes want to add a task I have already done and would like to keep notes associated with it. It will let me add it, but will not let me add a completion date in the past. Perfectly logical that it wouldn’t, but being able to change that to a past date would be handy. Few people I imagine want to do this.

Usually I find that these apps aren’t really functional if you don’t pay for premium versions. But while ToDoListDailyReminder4 does have in app purchases that would definitely improve ToDoListDailyReminder4 . It is also incredibly useful with the free version. It allows me to add a to do list that I can access, change, or add to easily. It also allows me to set up habits that I would like to strive for, such as drinking enough water (each time I drink a glass of water I add click the habit). The shopping lists are also incredibly helpful as well, it has pre-made items I can add, or I can add my own items. All-in-all ToDoListDailyReminder4 is amazing!

I have downloaded at least a dozen To Do List apps and this is far and way the best. It does what a To List app should, and that is it lets you quickly organize your tasks, check them off when they are done, move them when you need to, and keep going with your day. You’re not spending hours a week managing ToDoListDailyReminder4 and list. It keeps a log of all completed tasks so you can go back on any given date and see what you have done. The bonus is the built-in habit tracking function which allows you to create and track customized habits, ultimately making you a more productive you.

So I have pretty bad ADHD and I have been trying to find a schedule app that works for me and finally I found it. I set up tasks for my schedules and set little reminders to keep me on schedule. I also use the “habit tracker” to help remind me of things I need to be doing that I sometimes forget to do. Things like even taking my meds which is so important became super easy because not only do I now get a reminder I also get really excited to press that plus button on the habit tracker to fill that habit up for the day! If you have ADHD and are struggling I definitely recommend checking ToDoListDailyReminder4 out!

This is my first review in 6 years. ToDoListDailyReminder4 is truly outstanding. Single greatest app for productivity. The minimalist design and simple structure gives a sense of satisfaction every single time I complete something. I’m 10x more productive because of ToDoListDailyReminder4. If you’re considering, just download it and give it a shot. At first it was hard but once widgets came out, it was game over for me. Never switching, using this for life. Thank you team.

This looked like ToDoListDailyReminder4 that could solve all my problems. And i know all of you are bots, or click before you see. Now i only wrote down two things to do tommorow until i went to add a third one until GUESS WHAT?! THEY ASKED FOR ACESS TO MY MICROPHONE!! Now, they said VOICE INPUT. And you dont even SPEAK in ToDoListDailyReminder4. I am creeped out by this. This is the text they said: Allow voice input? Everything will work properly after you allow us to use your microphone :). Just downloaded ToDoListDailyReminder4 and I like the clean interface, and it’s easy to use. I like to plan my days ahead of time. Recurring tasks and routines only seem to display for the current day. I’m not able to see which routines and recurring tasks are scheduled for tomorrow as I plan and add tasks for that day (for example, I only exercise on Monday Wednesday and Friday). Am I missing something?

I have a daily recurring task set up ... but it isn’t always working right.
For example. I marked it complete on Friday. When I look at my list today, Saturday, the recurring task is not there to be checked. But it is listed under my tasks for “Tomorrow” ... but what about today?

Love almost everything about ToDoListDailyReminder4. The only thing that’s missing for me is an option to change how lists are organized. Today, tomorrow, and this week works for a lot of lists but for things like a shopping or grocery list, I just want alphabetical or to be able to arrange items in a way that makes sense for myself.

Love ToDoListDailyReminder4 , wish it was cheeper as I wouldn’t spend 19$ on an app (what happen to all the 5$ apps?) anyways it really is great app. Would love to see a way to add a morning and evening routine check list instead of just a full day check list.

Out of all todo list apps I have used, this one is a very promising and easy to use app with beautiful UX.

Feature request: Please make the lists shareable with other people so that we can collaborate on goals like groceries etc.

I like the layout. It’s intuitive. There’s a progress rating for habits and a task log. The progress rating is attractive and has got me trying to be more consistent and productive. I’ll be back after a couple weeks, two days isn’t quite long enough to make a definite decision.

It's totally worth giving a try if you hate using the Calendar app because it lacks of many useful features for easy inputting new tasks and set up reminders
