I’m a long time customer, I booked a game the next day when I intended to book it the week after. I called customer service so many times without any response. When they finally responded to me, they said they would not cancel it because it was under 24 hours. I explained the entire situation and their response was “It’s not our fault”. Uninstalling the app.
Terrible experience

It’s frustrating that most courts use this app for reservations. I want to love this app but it’s so hard it constantly freezes and I can’t reach the checkout page without reopening the app multiple times. The whole app needs to be revamped!
