This site confuses me. I don’t like it at all.
Commercials tell you to download for up to the minute weather updates. Today, no rain showing in area for at least 100 miles on the radar, go outside, trusting app, not even five minutes into yard work, rain pouring now for at least 20 min, dark clouds in sky, and no rain still showing on radar. What a joke
Wish it had humidity and air quality 5 day forecast.
I am a loyal WVLT news viewer but this weather app is annoying with numerous daily notifications. Through the control setting I have specified ONLY severe weather warnings for my area. Obviously does not work!! I get notifications for meteor showers, comets, clouds, no rain, etc. This is NOT severe weather. Very annoying!!!! Fix this problem and I’ll keep WVLTWeather but I’m ready to delete it.
Did a great job up till 2 months ago. Now almost every time I’ve tried to use it I have to delete and reinstall. I downloaded Forcast Bar and it works perfect and is accurate when I compare to WVLT app. It is also very slow to load. I have the Apple Watch and iPhone 11 max pro. Slow to load on phone as well. You have to fix compatibility issues.
The only reason I keep WVLTWeather is because they are the most accurate of the weather apps. However, they have the worst weather app layout of all the weather apps. It’s harder to read and understand.
Please make WVLTWeather Iwatch compatible
WVLTWeather would easily get 5 stars if it’s advertising was not so “in your face” every time you clicked on every video. Also, it moves very quickly over everything and you barely have time to see what you are looking at. But it is still a very good app that I use every day.

I love the way Heather clearly explains the weather. She is easy to understand by speaking clearly, concisely and slow enough so us seniors don’t lose what she is saying. She also really knows her stuff. In other words she explains why things are happening but doesn’t go over the heads of lay people who may not understand meteorological jargon quite as well as some others. Very considerate. Thank you Heather. Always a pleasure.
Not just great weather reports but all the meteorologists are very personable. I rely on Heather’s daily forecast to plan my day, especially to know when to take the dogs to the park!

I love WVLTWeather. It not only gives you the weather in Knoxville, but when you turn on the, it gives you the weather wherever you travel.
He do I get alerts to let know if serve weather? I had it once but it disappeared. This weather app is great I jus need the alerts back.
